Shakey's Pizza Parlor, Pico Rivera CA

Order was ready when pick up stated. Previous order were always correct. Never had an issue at this location. Staff is friendly. Food is always consistent.:)

Ordered a head of time. When I arrived, I only had a waiting time of 15 minutes. My order was just the way I like it. Tasty, hot, and full filling. Saved myself some waiting time, because it was very busy and crowded. But over all it's well worth the wait for a PCM order. Will go back and visit soon.

Awesome spot to buy something when in a rush. The service is prompt, rates are convenient, great mood. Would recommend to others

Very unprofessional. I placed an order for pickup. They said the order was going to be ready in half hour. When I showed up, they told me order was not placed. Very unhappy for this service.

The one pizza we ordered with onions just had cold onions thrown on after the fact. They never told us our pizza was ready and threw them in the warmer, we were sitting on the bench by the cashier. The pizzas were not even cut all the way through. They give you napkins and peppers with no bag just piss poor service in my opinion. They used to be a great Shakeys. We will now drive to the one on Washington Blvd.

Slow service, ordered online said 30 minutes. Ha! Pizza backed up, people waiting. Will be awhile if at all that I return.

Take out order, nice a hot, delish. Food ready exactly as time given. I called, sent son to pick up, very helpful young lady on phone.

Cashier inaccurated. Ordered then she asked again. She did not take the time to hear me, preoccupied. ELA Shakey is better service & prices

Friendly lovable place! Me and the love of my life always get their bunch of lunch! Their employees work hard and keep the food area clean and packed, I rarely see myself waiting for a delicious shakey's slice!

Pizza is decent enough to eat. I enjoy their chicken. The place itself needs to improve on cleanliness. The games are a scam.

This time they were behind on their brunch obligation. Only 2 very dry pizzas and very few chicken pieces. The brown rice very dry and the mixed vegetables were over heated. Waiting period for those who arrived at 12 noon.

I tried pizza with anchovies for the 1st time and loved the way they added an extra flavor to the already delicious Shakeys Pizza! Definitely 0rder that again!

They offer a fantastic variety of delicious food. I like dining here. Staff members are always very nice, pricing is fair and the place is always kept clean.

I really loved the food - the mojos are AMAZING. And the chicken was some of the best I've had in LA (But if you're from the east coast or south - you've had better). The pizza seems like (and tastes like) it's fresh enough - not from a box or constantly being reheated like Little Caesars.
My major complaint - and probably on me for not checking earlier - is that this place is basically a discount Chuckie Cheese. There were kids running wild all over the restaurant and parents putting down pitchers of beer, not caring or watching. The game room had a constant din of bells and alarms to assure your conversation is always just under a yell.
Don't expect a peaceful dinner and conversation - but if you want a quick bite and a bit of a party atmosphere, it has that.
