Rafael showed up on time the day after I called him. He was polite, professional and helpful.
We had water damage in two places in the house: leaky pipe and leaky roof. The ceiling repair was on a 13’ cathedral ceiling.
There had been several leaks over the years because of a large skylight. When’s the skylight was finally fixed correctly, his crew replaced dry wall in two places, and even textured an area that a “handyman” had neglected to texture correctly. They didn’t charge me to fix the other guy’s mistake.

In addition to the water damage in the house, I had a 12’x16’ garden shed with lots of transoms and a window that I wanted dry walled.
The transoms were an issue. Blocks needed to be added just below the level of the glass. I was dreading putting in 10 2x4 blocks, all at the same height.
After I got the quote without the blocks I asked him if he could do that as well as the dry wall. He did it and was kind enough not to add anything to the original quote.

He and the crew showed up the day after I accepted the estimate. The entire crew was fully bilingual, friendly, and professional.
They cleaned up everything before they left.

Working with people in the construction trades can be intimidating. The first drywaller I called texted me 15 minutes after he was supposed to be at the house to tell me he couldn’t come until 2 days later.

I am very happy and satisfied with Rafeal’s work. Had water leakage in my kitchen ceiling. The plumbers made three big holes to repair the leak and Rafeal fixed the holes with sheet rock, plaster and paint all in two days. No one can say there was a damage. His pricing is also very reasonable. Kept the area covered and left everything very clean.
