Shamus T Bones reviews
20Took my boo on our first date. As good as I remember and so grateful that they were even serving
Most on point spot around right now. Service is always excellent. Food has improved over the years and is now tasty and delicious every single time. We love it
Such a great experience for us. The restaurant is beautiful inside and out. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable.when ever we go to see our son attending H. S. University we will have to go back.amazing Taxidermy everywhere inside. A must stop for the Sportsmans/ woman in you. The outdoor dinning area is very nice. Not sure you want to wear shoes with high heels, as the ground cover is beautiful gravel. Amazing place a Must see
One of my absolute favorite restaurants! Amazing food, friendly service. Out of this world grand carved house dry aged steaks!
The food was good not too over priced. I had the pasta and seafood there was barely any cod.in it but had plenty of scallops and shrimp. Would love to have seen more Cod. Also the butter sauce wasn't too garlicky people tend to use too much garlic when they make a cream butter sauce and there's was perfect. My husband had the brisket and he said it tasted like pot roast he had ribs also and he like those I even tried a bite of the ribs and they were delicious.
Good food at reasonable prices. Wide selection on the menu - something for everyone. Not great, but definitely good enough. I had the Salmon and my wife had the Chicken Skewer, both were good.
My very favor Ite place to eat at the coast! The ravioli Ambrosini is amazing and all the smoked meats, even the bread for the chowder! All amazing!
Great prime rib. Probably the best I've ever had. Busy place next to the Bay. Service was very good. I'd there all of the time if I lived in the area.
I over it here, my aunt and I had cocktails at the bar one day And she ordered a drink three times over and ended up costing quite a pretty penny, wish the young bartender would have thought to give us a heads up on the liquor pricing.
This place was very clean great staff Food was great, one of the best aged steak's I've ever had, we had a very good experience here all the way From Wisconsin, I would go back for the a steak dinner like this one.
This place never disappoints.must get a fire grilled artichoke. New York steak was perfectly cooked.views were amazing.
The steak was good.but very pricey shrimp kabob was very good.the waiter wasn't very friendly.felt like we were rushed through our dinner.
We walked in and found a nice table in the bar with a view of Humboldt Bay and the ball game on TV.
Service was prompt and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our St Louis ribs and prawn scampi.
Try the house margarita
Talk about expensive but absolutely worth it. The steaks are to die for and the deserts too. The turtle pie cheese cake, or whatever it was, filled the last space in our stomachs just perfectly. Absolutely, positively recommend you do it at least once!
Very disappointed maybe caught them on a bad night. Got talked into a dry aged rib eye no baked potato available had mashed potato and beans wife had the same. We had onion rings grease dripping from them beans and potatoes were nasty steaks were horrible. Found out at checkout dry aged steaks were 22$ apiece more. Needless to say 133 dollars later was not very impressed. Won't go back.
Great atmosphere,
Wonderful endeavour,
Food cooked to special order.
Prompt and Professional wait staff.
I used to love this place when I lived in Eureka two years ago. Excellent food and service. However, they still don't have two menus, as they should, because oysters aren't available until 4pm.
The food here has been consistently good with decent portions. I love the corn bread muffins especially. I have family in the South, and this place definitely reminds me of bbq near Memphis. It's the sort of place that I bring people who are visiting from out of town. The aspect that sets Shamus apart is the "electrified country music" ambiance. The high ceilings in the dining hall make room for antler chandeliers and the tesla coil performance. Not a quiet place to dine, but it's fun and tasty.
Good food unique smoked taste on their steaks excellent service friendly employees lots of options on their menu full bar plus good wine and beer selection comfortable atmosphere
Halibut and mashed potatoes with vegetables was the special for $32. Halibut portion was small but flavorful and perfectly done but the watermelon salsa tasted like pico de gallo salsa. The vegetables consisted of a piece of broccoli, a piece of cauliflower and a bunch of onions and bell peppers. Probably not worth $32.
