Order off your phone, it's super easy! Dug in before we took photos of some of the dishes but overall the flavor is good! It is Shanghai style so the food is a little more greasy than other styles of Chinese food. The soup dumplings and pan fried dumplings had a good soup but the meat was a more mushy meat and I prefer it to be a little more firm. Otherwise they had great service!

Food was great! The 小笼包 were amazing and the 辣子鸡 was super 麻辣 as well - even the 青菜 was pretty good too.so yummy! Service was great as well - staff was super polite and friendly and food arrived quickly and plates were cleared quickly.would highly recommend

Second time going here. Very disappointed. We ordered simple and fast dishes to make and other people that sat later than us got their food before we did. Go at your own risk.

The unique dining environment brings me back to that seaside city, eating the familiar Shanghai wontons, every bite is a memory, I've been a regular here for a while now, and I'll still visit again next time!

Good for large group gathering. Foods somewhat very authentic and delicious. Tons of varieties and selections for chicken dishes and seafoods!

Food and service are ok, but it automatically charges tips for 18% ，at least they should allow customer to chose the right percentage for tips.

This is not authentic Shanghaineses food.
The only okay dish was the soup dumplings. Serving speed is ridiculously slow.
Although pictures look great, they are not the right flavor.

Foot tasted good but the price is a little bit on the high end. It has a very good vibe and decoration for the old Shanghai bond styles. I liked particularly those old photos that reminded me of my experience living in Shanghai.

I sat down, ordered, and then, nothing happened for 35 minutes or more, during which time other people sat down and were served. I just sat there and was ignored until eventually I gave up and walked out.

Good quality food and service! We got exactly what we wanted and had no problems. Soup dumplings tasted great and pan fried dumplings were amazing with the burst of soup and crispy bun. This place is the closest to what I've found to great soup dumplings here in the Bay Area so far. Din tai fung was good in its own right, but this place is definitely better for someone who wants a more flavorful experience.

Bad! The restaurant was quite disappointing. The food was far from appetizing, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. There is hair in the food. Also the service is bad:)

Food was not good at all. The server was bad too. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’m from Shanghai so this is definitely not authentic at all. Horrible experience

Clean and amazing shanghainese food. Crab xlb is super good, as well as shanghai fried noodles or shanghai stir fried rice cake.

Only criticism is that sometimes the seasoning is inconsistent (either too salty or too bland) depending on the day I go. But when the chef nails it, it is SO GOOD. You can also get frozen xlb to go!

The guy at the front desk is very nice and the food is delicious. It’s a great place to dine alone.

The food is good Shanghainese food, food portion small, so you can order different dishes to try.
Good service. The fried rice was the best. Braised pork was awesome, xiao long bao was very good. Wonton was also good, tasty.

The shrimp tasted good. The Xiaolongbao were too greasy. The fish was not tasting good in the restaurant, I packed it and put into refrigerator for two days and it turned out to be good.

Came here on a Sunday around 1pm and the wait for the food is ridiculous. Took an hour before all the food is here. Service was so bad, asked water, didnt get water. Asked for extra bowl, didnt get it and end up walking up myself to get extra cups instead of bowl to use since i couldnt locate the bowls. Will definitely not come here again.

Very traditional Shanghai foods, recommend the lion head meat ball, crispy fried fish, Shanghai steam bun. Traditional interior setup compact but lots of seating area, inside of a shopping mall, lots of restaurants and shops.

Great service, authentic food and high quality ingredients. Excellent choice for family gatherings!
