I purchased a hot ginger tea, and I appreciated being able to adjust the amount of sweetener that is put in the drinks. The staff was friendly. The seating area was blocked off, so I had to stand outside in the cold while I waited for my friends to arrive.

All 5 fast service and good. Trying to satisfy their customers. I love the drinks I find them calming

Really bad experience. Definitely get your boba elsewhere. All the drinks are overpriced with $2 toppings and the worse customer service. I ordered 3 mango drinks and got black tea. The barista told me thats what I ordered and suggested I order again!

Got the Oolong Milk Tea. Boba was alright it was little on the firmer side. Tea was not bad. Price was a little bit above $5. $6 for a large with boba is a pretty good deal. A little bit above average: B-

The service is very good BUT the sugar level is not adjustable! Stop making boba pearls so sweet! Also, not enough matcha in matcha drinks

I ordered Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and it was good.
I'd go again if I was in the area and craving milk tea. They seem to have a good selection of them. I do appreciate the hot option - hopefully I would be able to try it the one day I don't want boba!

It was interesting to see ice cream as a topping. I don't usually see that!

I tried the Black pearl milk tea in the store before, it's good. But this time, I ordered it again by delivery. This time, the drink is not sweat, doesn't have strong tea or milk flavor. It's tasteless. I'm a bit disappointment about it. Hope you store could try to keep the good quality at all time.

Went during pandemic. They have a table and tablet at the entrance to self order. They also have hand sanitizers for before and after using the ordering tablet. Got a thai tea boba drink. Hit the spot after a long exhausting hike at Prisma Creek.

We asked for herb jelly but got lychee jelly. Good prices for boba. One of the only boba shops that publicly displays their prices.

Fast & easy online ordering, or in person from socially distanced table at the front entryway. Easy pickup of takeout orders and fast service.

It’s one of my fave boba tea place. Love their Strawberry Ice Blended With Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream. It’s so tasty and refreshing. U definitely need to share it, too much for a singe person to finish it. The Mango ice tea is very refreshing too.

Nice staff - they forgot the lychee in my drink but it was quite busy and the drink was great nonetheless

Very nice place, love the Hawaiian tea. Highly recommend. After a movie or just kick back with friends.

This location is conveniently located near a big parking structure. Out of all the different franchise locations of Sharetea, I think Sharetea in downtown San Mateo has the best taste and consistency. Their drinks are reasonably priced, too. They even offer a self-order tablet where you can sign in to the loyalty program and place your drink order without having to wait in line for the cashiers. I highly recommend this location!

Share tea at Hillsdale mall has very friendly staff and lot of milk tea options. My favorite is the Hokkaido pearl with fresh milk and the coffee caramel for sweet cravings. Ask the staff for their specials.

Okinawan tea is either steeped too long or water too hot- yucky tea. The small Pearl's are not cooked. Yuck.

Similar to other share teas. They always seem to run out of stuff towards the end of the evening though. Like boba or black tea.
