This place went from bad to worse to unbearable. Do NOT take someone here who wants help! I called ahead to see what to expect and the info received didn't align with anything that actually happened. Security staff was rude and hateful to everyone who walked through the door, including the eldery. We waited over three hours in the ER before my family member was even seen by intake. I was not allowed to go with her for support as they said I would be. She was forced to walk back and try to recall everything alone during one of the scariest experiences she's ever had. Then she was stripped of all her belongings and placed in an empty room with NOTHING to do for an additional two hours before anyone even came in to assess her. I was told to wait outside and no one bothered updating me at any point in the process. After that it got even worse! Around the 10-hour mark of not getting any care she said she wanted to try getting help elsewhere and they mandated her stay. She was held against her will in the ER holding room with only a chair, not even a bed, for TWO SOLID DAYS with NO treatment, like a prisoner. The nurses acted like she was nothing but an inconvenience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This environment was the least therapeutic one possible. The staff lacks compassion, communication and professionalism.

Its a great place to take your kid for a follow ups and to help him be better
