Great experience in ER which I didn’t think was possible. Team present during my visit was excellent.

The best facility in San Diego.
Take care of your needs right away in the ER. Awesome Doctors, nurses and staff.

Terrible experience! I find it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional that the ER makes patients who feel sick and require emergency assistance wait for hours. I am a transplant patient and I have a low immune system, so for patients like me it is a great risk to wait for hours in a place full of other sick patients. I went twice and had to return home without receiving medical attention. Your ER is a real chaos!

The staff was so kind. I was in great pain but they were so helpful in getting me prepared for test and x-rays. I was amazed how everyone was so cheerful. The doctor was very skilled and explained my situation clearly.

Too much like a machine. Very good about getting me in, triaged and then into a room. The first nurse was pleasant and made me feel comforted that I was there. Nurse two, just the opposite. No smile, no caring too by the book.
The Dr came in, asked a few questions, said he would order a CT and CXR. I never saw him again. He did not even come in to tell me the results or to say Hey take it easy. You have a bad knock on the head, face and chest etc etc.nothing
Before I even knew I had been cleared, the nurse came in and…Ok, we’re discharging you…BAM. Gave me papers instructions and told me how to get to exit. Funny thing here…. I read the CT results. Yep, no brain bleed nothing there. Great news. But they did find a 6cm meningiome I did not have any idea was there. Might have been nice if the doc let me in on that one. Instead I’m sitting at home full of all sorts of questions, with no one to provide answers. It may be nothing at all, or it may be huge. Do you have any idea how long this weekend is going to be? Oops, thinking someone dropped the ball

Well it seems absurd to think that an ER visit would be pleasant, I must admit mine was. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. They attended to all my needs. Everything was clearly explained to me about my condition. Dr Laura Dolkas was my physician and I can't say enough good about her. Thank you Sharp, for taking such good care of me.

Intake was smooth and quick. Provided me with painkillers right away, which I really appreciated. Was less than satisfied with MD. He basically told me “everything looks good. You’re not an emergency. ” Ok, so why do I feel so bad? “I’m just the ER doc. Make an appointment with your primary doctor “

I had a really bad experience. Not only was I there from 8: 50am-6pm, but I was treated extremely rude by multiple staff and nurses.

I loved the staff in the ER Koren made sure my blankets were still warm and Dr. Veniers (close to that very good about coming back frequently to let me know how things were going and to check on me. There was a huge emergency when I was the severe bike accident and sounded like the crew was right on top of taking care of this man as much as possible.

It was by far the best experience I have had in an emergency room. All the people were very nice and the whole Hospital was sparkling clean when I say clean I mean you can eat off the floor clean very nice

I was expecting someone would stop by my room to
update the status with my problem. No one offer any OTC pain medication or Cold pack to help me reduce my wrist pain until I requested ibuprofen after 5+ hours in the room.

Second visit there. Every step took an hour or more. Took forever for RN or MD to see me. 2 hours for CT scan after it was ordered.

No visit to an emergency room is pleasant, but over the course of four visits in one week I was treated with dignity, compassion and consummate professionalism. My condition was resolved in a timely manner solely through the efforts of the ER staff.

Every single person who helped my mother was incredibly nice. From receptionist, x-ray technician, nurse and doctor, everyone was so kind and efficient. Very helpful. I truly appreciate their hard work.

Only needed an x ray for an ankle sprain. I know it’s busy but an x ray is not available at urgent care or GP.iGP said to use ER for x-ray as the only other option is for ortho who was days out even with an injury. Made an “appointment” with ER which sounds silly but actually an option online. 4+ hours for an x-ray + read is bad. Please find a way to subset the ER / Triage for routine, urgent and true emergency. I hate going to ER to get assistance for a non-life life threatening issue but had no alternative. It’s not just the cost but the burden on the system and the complete time suck for us both.
