I sliced my finger and was in excruciating pain. So I went to SORRENTO URGENT CARE for help. I cannot begin to tell you how understanding and helpful the staff was. First getting admitted (quickly) to the desk and to the Doctor and his Assistants (fast) they all were very Understanding, Kind and Professional. This is an Urgent Care to come for help!

First time I came for urgent care and last time. I understand theres a long wait time so that cools when the doctor saw me it was just five minutes. They forgot about me in the room then came back and kicked me out of the room since they need it the room … came out all the rooms were empty and there was only 2 people on the lobby (maybe ppl waiting on the car idk man) Then there was no nurse to get my vitals or no nurse to like tell me the next steps… I’m assuming they are understaffed but god dam.so idk how they came to the conclusion of my diagnosis.nice location clean with parking space easy to find but everything else sucks. Never coming here again, avoid if you are actually sick.

Sharp Rees-Stealy overall is the best healthcare network in San Diego. In any location I’ve received outstanding treatment and attention.

Fantastic staff and service! Everyone was so friendly and kind, from Registration, to the Nursing staff and the doctor, who even took the time to walk and show me the location of the pharmacy. Thank you for the excellent care!

This company chitter, two time charge drag test, sacks service, never never visit this store

Worst.we met with the accident and we been there. And they charged us around $700. We thought we will be treated. No we were not. Doctor came and she just gave a referral of other ER doctor. When they don't have a facility to take patients
They should stop them at the beginning and ask them To go ER. WHY CHARGING money for nothing?

Ive been going to Sharp for all mine and my family medical needs for over 30 years. All doctors are super professional and caring.

While the staff was friendly and I was mostly happy with the help I received, the wait time outside and inside urgent care was very long. I checked in at 9am and left at 12: 30. Perhaps sharp needa to increase staffing?

Doctor was amazing and so simple once I got there. I know wait times vary but it was so simple and easy when I arrived

Dr Palmer, Nurses Vickie and Michelle were outstanding! They are very caring and competent professionals! They aggressively diagnosed my issues and were very kind to me as they treated me!
Dr Palmer was kind and caring enough to call my husband at about 7: 30 pm to give us the results of time consuming lab tests.
We give them an A+
