The guy that was working on thursday at around 6pm was super impatient when i was ordering he started tapping his fingers n sighing when i was thinking about what to order because i had planned on getting the brown sugar but it was sold out, made me feel anxious

If I could describe this place in one word it would be serviceable. The tea is fine. The food is fine. But there are better options in Little Tokyo like Cafe Dulce. The employees are nice and polite. Service is fast. There are no seats inside, but there are public benches located in Weller Court.

For those of you who love light, not overly-sweet desserts like me, this is it fam!

I got the original air pancake and smashed it on my own. Loved the minimal assortment of the fruits & chocy chips on top.

Pro tip: call ahead to place your order!

Good boba, fast service for drinks. Plan to be outside though. There isn’t really space inside for sitting. We were planning to get the air cake but told it would be 20 minutes so it might be worth ordering ahead.

Avoid their """watermelon""" blended drink at all costs. It is so fake and sugary that it tastes more like cotton candy. Now I'm down $7 and stuck with this terrible after taste in my mouth.

The shop opened up at 11 today. We were the first to order our drinks. The boba was about to come out so we were told 10 minutes. It's been a half hour and we are still waiting for our tea. There aren't any other customers. But I'm sure it'll be a decent drink when we do get it.

Food is delicious but I think it’s a bit pricey (Air pancake $13 -$16 for a small piece and drinks - $5.75) for the amount of serving. 5 star for the taste of food 1 star is for service because we ordered 2 air pancake and the estimate time is 30 minutes… really? With no people waiting and no line? I don’t think they need to cook air pancake that long maybe they just discouraging customers to order air pancake for some reason.

Update response: To whom it may concern - Please don’t give a lame excuse that you have a lot of order thru different apps. I was there more than an hour - 30 minutes waiting for my order and the rest eating. I don’t see people picking up their order if there is maybe one or 2 the rest is walk in order. I saw customers coming in then just left the shop without ordering anything maybe they were shocked too for 30 minutes wait considering no waiting on line and no people. Please check other reviews we have the same comments.

Sometimes the truth hurts and that’s what it is.

I work in a food place before for 12 years and we served 100’s of customer in 5 hours time frame… it’s more how you do things in an effective way creating a good system in processing and delivering orders that’s a tip right there.

You should be thankful with all the reviews especially when customer pointing out or complaining something so your business can improve on that area rather than attacking the customer back. Be open minded.

I got the creme brulee pancake from here. It was tasty and didn't take long, but I didn't personally think it was good enough to cost nearly $15.

I believe that the price is high but yet the sweets where good so I guess it's worth it.

It was our first time here and the staff were so patient and sweet. The boba was really good too!

I loved the air pancake. I recommend calling + ORDERING AHEAD cus it takes 30 mins to make.they are good tho! And the perfect portion.it's not too much and still filling. I will definitely be back with a friend.

I don't know if this was an off day for Sharp, but I got tea there yesterday and it was the worst boba I've ever had in LA (and I've tried a lot!). The boba was hard and mealy, and the tea itself was quite bland. Oof!

I came in for a hot drink. The menu had a good selection of drinks and snacks but I also didn’t see if they made hot drinks so I had to ask. I ended ordering the Chocolate Milk Tea and it tasted like a mocha without the caffeine. Very yummy and I hope I can come back soon and try their pastries

I consider myself something of a bubble tea connoisseur. I picked up a non-dairy taro flavored tea with boba. It was OK. Would I get it again? Sure.

It simply didn’t pack the punch of flavor I’m used to when getting my boba elsewhere.
