Used to be my favorite snow cone place, but then they changed the snow cone machine to something else, and it tastes cheaper quality than before. $7 for a snow cone is a lot if it's not going to be quality.

Best shaved ice ever I've been Here 4 times already they have generous portions at low prices they don't drown the ice like some other place that is close-by (snowballs trash)
