Brandon is the service rep that came to my home. He did a thorough job, got my system up and running right away. However, it turns out I need one part that had to be ordered. Soon as that comes in we will be done for now. I set Shaws up for my on-going service as well.

We needed a service on our HVAC unit and decided to call Shaw's.what a great decision that was! I was very happy with all aspects of their service from my initial call, they were very friendly and were able to get someone out the next day, to the friendly nature and excellent service provided by their service tech Zack. I was notiefied that Zack was on his way with a text and when he showed up he was friendly, polite, and made me feel like I made the right choice choosing Shaw's. I would recommend Shaw's and Zack to anyone I know, I was extremely happy with thier service. If you need your ac or heating unit serviced or other work needed, do not hesitate to call Shaw's I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them.

First of all I want to say thank you very much to the responsible people in the team. I am very much appreciated with JULIO CHAVES. Great employee very dedicated and Great asset to your company. He got here straight to business didn't Give up he pushed through even with his heat. Also want to think office personnel. Who kept me communicated And were able to assist me in time of frustration.

He explained everything in detail of repairs and very efficient (especially in high heat temperatures). Also provided the option to finance the cost of repairs. Brent is a HARD worker, which is an asset to the company! I would highly recommend this business!

Zach repaired unit and did summer maintenance on our unit. Replaced filters & even brushed the dirt off our vents! Answered all our questions. Signed up for annual maintenance. Will utilize this business again in the future if we need our a/c unit worked on

Carlos was in charge of the installation of my new HVAC system, including all new duct work. Everything ran according to schedule and is working well. Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he went out of his way to keep me in the loop during the installation process. Kudos!

Shaw’s Air Conditioning deserves 10 stars.

They have top notch, well trained employees answering the phones with excellent customer service skills. (namely Rachel). They offer the exact service advertised in their commercials.

It’s evident their technicians and office staff have been trained by someone who truly cares about treating customers respectfully with honesty and professionalism.

Their technician, Zack is a great representative. I’ve dealt with him on a couple occasions. He’s always cheerful and full of helpful hints to assist in maintaining the HVAC systems, on my rentals He’s very knowledgeable and efficient with great communication skills. It’s always a pleasure dealing with him

Brent was the technician again and I was notified via text that he was on his way. It came with a picture and a brief bio! Haha, that's fun. He came right at the beginning of the two hour scheduled time slot, so I really appreciate that. As always, he was very friendly and courteous and did the job well! Shaw's is great, thank you so much!

Max V.was the technician who came out today and he was very friendly, courteous, and made sure to answer all of my questions. He was thorough in his inspection and provided me with lots of information. Shaw's also sent me a reminder email for my semi-annual maintenance check-up which I really appreciated. You all are great, thanks again!

I have been a customer of Shaw's for a few years now and they are great in many ways. All of their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They also send reminder emails for service, which I appreciate.

Today Brent was awesome. He called me to let me know he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come by early, which was great. He also identified and fixed a problem with my Nest thermostat which someone else had installed. Thank you so much Brent! He went above and beyond the standard service today and for that I will be a life-long customer of Shaw's.

John was my technician today and he has been here before. He was exceptional once again. I love how Shaw's sends a text with a picture and brief bio of the technician so you know who they are before they show up. As usual, John was friendly, courteous, and explained everything really well and did a wonderful job! Shaw's is just fantastic with their customer service in all categories and I will continue to be a customer. It makes me so happy to have found a company that excels with this. It's so hard nowadays to find people who are great at this and I'm so glad Shaw's is taking care of their customers. Thank you!

Nester Cuevas and his associate, did an Excellent job on removing our old A/C system and installing our new A/C- Heating system. They started just around 7: 00 am and were finished just before 5: 00 pm. They were very efficient and professional throughout the day. Their plan of operation was very well coordinated and well thought out! Excellent Work! I’ll continue doing business with Shaw’s A/C & Heating in the future!

After getting the run around from other companies about what was wrong with our system Vic and Max came out and were honest and knowledgeable. They were helpful and sympathetic. They didn't push us to do the full renovation (even though it is needed) as they were understanding of our situation and had Brandon, the technician out the next day to do what repairs they could. Now our AC has went from running 20hrs a day and not cooling to running 5 hrs a day and keeping the house cool. Definitely recommend this company and will be contacting them for future services.

My wife and I needed to get our A/C tuned up ahead of the hot Central Valley summer.

Richard, our technician, was awesome. He showed up right on time, completed his work quickly and answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend him and Shaw's!

Today we had the pleasure of working Shaws Air Conditioning & Heating. They exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment they arrived at the house, they were professional, courteous, and respectful. My wife and I were impressed by the fact that they put shoe covers on before entering our home. They showed a level of attention to detail and cleanliness - that is rare these days.

The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They quickly installed a remi halo and media filter.

Overall, I would highly recommend this air conditioning company to anyone in need of their services. Their commitment to customer service and professionalism is truly top-notch, and I will definitely be calling on them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

Following a roof leak where the AC unit sits, Shaw’s came out to inspect and determine the source. They were INCREDIBLE. They answered all my questions, provided me an upfront quote, and did a thorough job of identifying the source of the leak. I appreciated Victor and Max being professional but also having empathy and going the extra mile to help. They were amazing.

As usual Shaw's Air came through again. I had to have my attic sterilized and all insulation removed and then replaced because of a pigeon and rat invasion. The insulation was only a little over 5 years old since Shaw's had blown it in. The company that replaced the insulation did not replace an equivalent amount so my house has been very cold with a humungous gas bill.
I am so looking forward to the warmth I was used to.

Technician arrived within appointment window. He was very polite and explained the services he was going to do clearly. After work was completed he explained the results of the service and thanked me for choosing Shaw.

Shaw’s Air Conditioning has been servicing our home air conditioning/heating units for years now. They have always been professional and knowledgeable and very cost effective for us. I highly recommend them.
