Restaurant Shekarchi Kabob reviews
12I’m half Persian and of course Persian food is my favorite. This was some of the best kabob I’ve ever had! 10/10 definitely recommend
My hunger was certainly satisfied having lunch here. The sirloin kabob (koobideh) is extremely soft, dissolves in the mouth. This must be quite unique recipe. It was certainly good and flavorful, but was a surprise. The chicken kabob (white meat) was super good, not dry at all and full of flavor. Staff very friendly and attentive.
On August 19 I had a pleasure to dine in at shekarchi for first time and I truly wanted to share my amazing experience of hospitality of Javier and fresh food and salad and ellit koobideh that I will recommend for all people love Persian food. Keep up and god is with you. Maysam Mozayan
Excellent Persian kabobs and Aman is the owner, manager.and wonderful customer service. A must try anywhere in LA.
I order two of-chicken and ground sirloin combo supposed to be one skewers chicken and one skewers ground sirloin but they only deliver chicken and 1/4of skewers ground sirloin I paid $65 dollars
Food was mess in the container I am not happy I will never order again and do not recommend it at all
Perfect atmosphere, warm and friendly.
The food was super tasty and fresh and we enjoyed our dinner here so much! The owner himself is checking if everything goes well for each customer. Definitely recommend
I need to say this before I even finish my lunch!
Kebob with excellent quality meat and perfect cook, you can find it here!
Great customer service!
This place definitely deserves a 5 stars.
Thank you!
Sirloin kebab was terrible.
Restaurant is Persian but songs played were all American rap, and the whole restaurant decoration is not Persian at all.
Great hospitality
Excellent service.
Delicious food
Recommended.
Very good reputation since 90s in Westwood. I am glad they are Back.
My family ordered kebab from this place yesterday, and it was absolutely horrible. The food did not taste fresh. The chicken kebab was completely dry and the meat skewer kebab was horrible and dry and did not taste fresh. We would like a refund for the horrible experience.
I honestly felt sick afterwards eating from this place. I don’t know why so many people
have good reviews here. It’s honestly not a big deal.
There’s a restaurant that’s literally down the street called Shamshiri and it’s 10 times better I’d rather just go to Shamshiri.
We had the takeout special #1 from the menu; it had three koobideh skewers and 3 white chicken skewers and a small bowl of Gheymeh stew which was perfect and tasty.
The side salad was not great.
The koobideh (ground sirloin skewer) was the best part of the dish It was a 6-star Koobideh out of 5!
The Chicken ones were very dry and did not have the taste or flavor of Zaffron at all.
The rice and Tahdig were 5 stars out of 5!
Gheymeh stew was super delicious and flavorful; highly recommend it!
The service was fast it only took them 20 minutes to have our order ready.
The only downside is that dry Joojeh skewer (chicken skewer) but overall this place is highly recommended.
