Love this gas station better then any around always has what I need, clean bathrooms, cashiers are nice and the car wash and vacuums are legit

All the pumps are "out of service". If you can't provide gas, close and turn off the lights. Stop making people drive through your parking lot to find that out. Just close.

I decided to use the car wash here. Boy was that a mistake! The car wash ripped off my entire rear windshield practically parts and everything. Don’t use this car wash

Using the last 2% of my phone battery to let you guys know this is the worst service station in the valley. Car wash is great.

Guy at the register was on his phone the whole time with over 5 people in line. Spent almost 90% of the transaction on his phone when he helped me. Also, none of the staff here wear masks. I'd restaff this place so fast, if I owned it.

The employee who checked us out was extremely rude. My husband was trying to get our normal discount for gas and it wouldn't work outside. He went in to resolve the issue, which the employee couldn't do in the store, but he said my husband needed to hurry up because there was a line. Another employee wasn't even wearing a mask as required. We will more than likely be choosing another Shell station for gas from now on.

Been coming here 2.5 years, sometimes 3 separate visits in one day. After standing in line, I made my purchase at the register but realized I had forgot one item that was behind the counter. The new employee demanded I go to the back of the line all over again and he hadn't even finished giving me my change from first purchase. He continued to argue and called me a disrespectful customer.

Not happy about the new ownership of this station. Used to be always super clean, not so much now. They no longer have the security strip on door of card mechanism so you can't tell if tampered with. I was on pump 6, it has been pried open. If you go there, make sure you go inside with your card now. New owner does not care about customers obviously.
