Don’t use the car wash here. The directions are not clearly marked and if the person in front of you doesn’t understand then your turn will time-out. This happened to us and we went inside to get a code since we already paid. We had to wait another 30 minutes in line and then the code didn’t work. We called the number listed and the person insisted we come inside again (instead of just giving us another code). So we had to do that while a bunch of people were waiting behind us in line. Uncomfortable lol.

The store never let me use my Ralph’s reward points (I have over 1,000 points) today there was a unhelpful mean lady working at the cashier.

Location puts a fake “restroom closed” sign on their restrooms so essential workers won’t use them. Beware

Poor customer service. The cashier was rude and I won't go there any more. Had to stay in car wash line twice because the code and my app were not working. Cashier told my I do not know why it's only happening to you and she laughed. I'm so sorry for this lady.

The meter runs super slow and don’t stop automatically like in 70s. Fuel over the floor made such bad smell.
Staff here are rude and not helping customer.

Gas pump was out of paper so it said go in for a receipt. Asked the lady for one and it didn’t have my car wash and I asked she ignored me and the went to the next customer and she new I was waiting I asked again after the other customer finished and she said I only asked for a receipt like I was to know they didn’t charge for the wash do to the paper issue. She was just rude. Not a good experience. Station is very busy because of Amazon. Owner should know service is all he is really selling and training is very important.

Don't come here. Pumps are so slow and it's been this way for a while. Unusable.

Pump not auto stopping & overflowing, multiple people getting credit card number stolen, rude attendants who doesn’t care about overflowed gas on floor. Avoid this place.

If you're going to buy snacks here double check the expiration date some are already expired!

Incompetent cashier's, drug addicts sleeping in the bathroom. Can't keep equipment operational. Makes me wonder if there's water I the gas now. Can't believe I waited twenty minutes in line just to have the guy screw up when I got to the register. Fortunately there are other gas stations near by.
