My favorite shell because it's close to home but it's also on the more cheaper side for gas so that's definitely a plus. It gets packed sometimes but it's worth the wait.

If there is negative star I would. Cashier is literly wortheless, did not know how to use the pumps. Issued my 50bucks to the incorrect pump, and was not able to refund me my money! Also air/water doesn't work. Just go to the Mobile down the street.

Today I when to the gas station in the morning and the cashier was cleaning the pumps outside. He told me he doesn’t have time to charge me for the gas and he can’t walk to the store open it, getting into and charge for the gas. He told me can’t stop cleaning and go charge me for
Fue gas. I DONT HAVE A TIME RIGHT NOW.that was his answer.very rude.

Best gas station around Melrose and Normandie Ave. Price is cheaper than around and good quality.

I use premium gas but their gas runs like regular. I buy Shell a lot but this time their premium gas feels like regular. My JAG got sluggish and pings.

This location has great prices. I paid about $1 more per gallon in Mission Viejo last week.

They show gas price as 2.89 u paid but after paying u find out there's only gas that it's more that 3$

Shift change when the drawer is still in? Make me wait for no reason. I said no. Take my 20$ bill. Make a better shift switch for costumers not to be waiting. And why she checks for shift to only only for the restroom.

Terrible I'm here at 11: 22 pm and put 46$ I'm a member and every single time the restroom is out of order. Why called your selfs a gas station without a restroom. Why is LA allowing this poor behavior on gas stations. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place do to the Dam fact of no restroom and no humility in the customer service. Very ridiculous. Two stars for the gas prices otherwise one star for customer service, cleanliness, and SPECIALLY NO RESTROOMS AVAILABLE! W T F

Cheapest Shell gas station in ktown. Always busy. I use this place because it's on the way to work.

I hesitate leaving 5 stars, only because I don't want more people stopping here. By far my favorite gas station.

Clerk (Abdu) is very unprofessional.i typed my loyalty card no.and he never redeem my account discounts and made me go to him 5 times asking to activate the pump.
I’ll avoid this gas station even though this was my fav one.

Better price but DO NOT use the gas pump to pay unless you ready for a $125.00 hold on your account on Top of gas.
Small station, hard to get into.
Outside of that, cheapest probably on this side of town

I just call this station, person I talk to was rude. He refused to tell me the price of the gasoline per gallon. Even though I told him I am a shareholder I own stock in the company. His excuse was that his display was broke, whatever that means. His rudeness came forth when he told me to drive to the Station to find out for myself, What’s the price of the gasoline per gallon was. I reminded him a second time that I am a shareholder in the company I own stock in the company. He refused to tell me the selling price per gallon. This is rudeness was to the max, I am appalled this type of behavior.

It seem as if the guy working right now 1: 21am - claims the computer does not work.so why doesnt he call support? It shouldn't take this long.
