Gas Station Shell reviews
7Bad service I wanna use the bathroom and the manager or employee was not a very nice person and I was going to put gas too it was not going to be free. Badddd service I will not go there no more. They don't even deserve a one star
11/26 11: 30 AM I drive Uber and stop here for snacks gas and coffee and the person working refused to let me use the restroom
Very poor service. Two units out of order but no sign posted on them. No help available.
This place is terrifying. I have had the same intimidating homeless man approach my car asking for money twice. The first I was alone, so I quickly got in the car and left. But it scared me to death. The second time my daughter was in the car and he tried to look inside. He walked away when my dog started barking at him.
Management needs to hire security to keep customers safe.
I’ll never come back to this gas station.
Bad service. And they dont wanna give the bathroom for customers the only one there is only for employee. That's not nice.
This gas station is the absolute worst! I go to buy cigarettes and the cashiers make it nearly impossible, from telling me they can't unlock the extra packs to telling me they are counting the cigarettes! It's insane, how do they expect to make money while making products unobtainable. Also no one here speaks English I understand many people are not from the US and are trying but this stores management seems to put multiple employees on the same shift who can't speak the language. So not only do they look at you like you have three heads but then speak their native language about you to each other. It is baffling. I hope this review will convince management to hire people that speak the language of the customers. Can't get Emglish speakers to work here maybe pay a living wage?
