Going to have to file a bank dispute because a refund transaction hasn’t hit my account after two weeks of waiting. Went into the store this morning and the assistant manager didn’t say two words when I said I still haven’t gotten my refund. No empathy, no offer to help, nothing. All of this because I was an honest guy and told the clerk at the time of my initial transaction that I had accidentally pressed credit instead of debit when I purchased lottery tickets. Won’t be visiting this store again other than to have a discussion with the manager about their assistant manager’s total lack of giving a **** about my situation and to try to resolve this before costing their store more money filing the dispute.

Update: Two months later and I still don’t have a refund! Rest assured that I will NEVER step foot into another Shell station. Shell responded below saying they would contact the station operator which is complete BS. This station owner obviously doesn’t care as I’ve heard for myself from an employee that refunds being cancelled is a regular occurrence at this location!

Water for cleaning windshield wipers is always clean & there's always napkins to be used. Trash in not ever over filled & bathrooms are clean always.
