They used to have real friendly staff, shpping should be fun. Today, the woman with slick back bun and glasses was not pleasant at all. I've worked retail for yrs.she's too serious, pushy and snappy. They've given me discounts before. The discount I asked for was bc the shoes were filthy, they had no soles and were for my son who just lost all his stuff. She snapped again. I would like to remind all commenters that this isn’t a business it’s proceeds all go to crisis centers and is based mostly on volunteering and donations. If a “worker” is rude to you it’s a volunteer and don’t write off the organization for it. It’s a good cause
