Horrible front Desk check in service Tesa the front Manager does not know anything about good customer service could show no empathy or sympathy towards the situation considering that I had a small infant with me it took over 2hrs 1/2 to get to a room and about 1 after a long zoo day I was traveling with a small 7 month old baby I could not even get a crib or bassinet for even the best Western and more than 70% less offers that their housekeeping is not available after all is said she offers a $100 off after we arrived at 9pm and it was 12: 30am by the time we were in a room. I would say stay at the Best Western we have stayed their before and had no issues.

For $350 no luxury just an overpriced comfort inn room.
No housekeeping (other Sheratons r doing housekeeping). Frayed thin towels. Wall paper is peeling off The wall.
Poor quality room.
Only location is good.

I really have this place a chance: (but i can’t even fathom how horrible customer service is here.

I tried to call because our room was 2 hours late and we were still waiting in our friends room. The hung up and refused to let me talk to a manager and i was being calm, my husband had to go down there and be not so nice unfortunately.

They also lost my bag and would not take care of it, my bag was very expensive and see through, there was makeup and all of my expensive things i got for my birthday: (really sad and a bummer they didn’t care.

Most of people are nice but the service is just so horrible. You also pay more for a balcony which was only 12 inch long and the seats can’t even more because it’s so small.the bathrooms were good but rooms and hotel unfortunately overall not worth it

We were here this past weekend and everything about the place was great!

Checking in: We were greeted by a friendly person!

Room: Nice! Bed was comfy, pillows could have been a bit more fluffy (but that is just preference), towels were big, soft and thick not like the ones at other hotels that are thin and been washed multiple times to the point where it is hard. Room was nice and cool the minute we walked in. Balcony was awesome. You will have to get the deluxe room for the balcony.

Private entrance to Legoland! There are no signs advertising this so one needs to ask an employee how to get. Though its only a 15 minute walk, we opted to drive to the lower lot and park. Once we did, its a short walk to the back entrance. Again there is very little advertisement indicating where it is. Also, one must bring their hotel key to show proof that you are a guest of Marriott and Westin to get through.

We didnt get to use the pool (boo!) only because my kid refused to go. I saw it.it looks nice and they had a water slide!

We will be coming back here!

Hotel has nice views but the restaurant is way over priced for the non tasting food they sell I mean seriously we spent over 100 bucks on dinner and over a 100 on breakfast and really disappointed both times. O yes to add the refrigerator in the room is pointless it couldn't keep our fruits cold.

The rooms are very nice and big. Feels like home away from home. The staff was not very friendly at all. The customer service representative made me feel unwanted. Gave wrong directions just made us feel as if they had no time for kindness and hospitality.

I had fairly low expectations based on some of the more recent reviews (not super friendly staff, slow deliveries for housekeeping requests, etc) but I am very pleasantly surprised to say we encountered none of that! We had very friendly staff interactions and our housekeeping requests (different pillows, microwave and crib) were all delivered promptly. Our room location was perfect access to pool and front desk and the private entrance to legoland within walking distance was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the Carlsbad area!

Quite disappointed with the not so classy staff like Jordan and Jasmine at the front desk. We had two rooms for four days at the Sheraton. We were at the Sheraton to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and spend some family time after long lockdown with COVID was ended n life was getting a little normal. We had the displeasure of dealing with Jasmine and Jordan at the front desk who were obnoxious and didn’t care of providing classy service like Nordstrom and behaved like they were working in Walmart with nice costumes.
We went to have dinner first night at 7 miles I ordered pizza margarita which was burned and super soggy pic and video attached. Our server was very nice though, she deserves five star her name was Angie. We did Yelp check in and it offered free scoop of gelato. I was told that night in order to get that we need to go to the front desk and show them the Yelp check in and get the voucher. So we went to the front desk and got the voucher from Jordan. After that we were at the pool and we ordered the food from 7 miles and did the Yelp check in. Why not correct it doesn’t say that we can only do one check in in 4 days or just go to the restaurant one time. So here we go to the front desk had a pleasure of dealing with super polite n professional lady Megan and showed her our Yelp check ins and asked for the coupon. Ms Jorden the Walmart lady interrupts Megan and tells me Madam ‘I gave you voucher this afternoon you can’t get it again it’s only one time only. ’ So I ask her we can’t go for lunch or order the food again and can’t do Yelp check in and get this offer? Her whole attitude of was so terrible and not classy as if one scoop of gelato was getting deducted from her paycheck and as if we were some scammers and trying to rip off the Sheraton for about scoop of gelato.

I would regard this as a mini review since we just did an overnight for a wedding we attended. Check in was a breeze especially since we prepaid. The lobby was light an airy very chic. Staff was ultra attentive, gave us free water bottles for the room and even hooked us up with free toiletries when I mentioned I had forgotten to pack some toothpaste. Getting our stuff from our car to our room was easy enough with plenty of access points from the parking area.

The room were nice enough. Had all the basic amenities. TV, slim desk, clothing storage. View of the parking lot was less then desirable but it was quiet. Ample space Wifi was ultra strong. AC was able to achieve Freezer level Temps, great considering the heat wave we were stuck in lately. All in all a good experience. Was able to get great sleep after the nuptial festivities.

I was so disappointed that we were unable to pre-pay for our client, with a corporate credit card, even after escalating to management. The other hotels in your area are sold out and no one would work with us to book a stay for an almost due pregnant woman, this is such a shame. Apparently, there's no room in the inn.

Check your bill. I was charged for self-parking and didn’t even have a vehicle nor advised them I was driving at check in. I used Uber the entire 6 days in California. Been trying to reach someone for 2 days and no one answers the phone.

Loved the location, but for a sheraton the service was definitely lacking. Their 7 mile kitchen we got ignored every time we stood up at the front. Our room mini fridge was broken. And I know covid is limiting amenities but that didn't help ether. Just didn't meet expectations. Comfy mattress though.

We stayed at this hotel to visit our daughter in Carlsbad. Everything was clean and I felt safe with everyone in masks etc. We checked out of the hotel and left but realized my youngest daughter left her AirPods on her bed! White case on white bedding. We called the hotel to let them know what happened and spoke with Joseph. They had already cleaned the room, bundled the bedding up and placed in a van to be laundered off site. I thought that was the end of it however Joseph tracked down the truck and was able to get my daughters AirPods back! This was unexpected and such a pleasant surprise to have the hotel (Joseph) go above and beyond. That's customer service! Thank you!

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. It's located very close to Legoland (I don't have small kids), but we stayed in March, so it was not very crowded. There is a shuttle that will take you to downtown and the outlet mall.

Highest ratings for the Sheraton Carlsbad! Nicole at the Check-in desk went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Clean and luxurious rooms and the hotel took every precaution during these covid times. Highly recommended.

Lovely lobby, great people, doing their best to give great service in this Covid environment. We would absolutely be happy to come back and stay longer.maybe with the grandkids at Legoland next door! We loved our visit!
