Great customer services! Clean and so beautiful. Just walking into the lobby i was impressed. Great bar in the lobby for food or drinks even danishes & they brew starbucks coffee!

The King suite with a great view of the city. The bed is very nice! Large walk in shower. Overall veil nice hotel. Room service was yummy too

The room is old and not well maintained. We had to switch upon assigned to the 1st room. Also even we booked for the double-bed, they just simply switched to King size bed and squeezed a roller bed to accommodate the extra person. Super unorganized and not professional.

To cover their bad service, they just gave us free parking charges. It ruined our vacation mood

As a Marriott BonVoy member, I can say this is the worst experience I have had staying at a Sheraton. The front staff the evening of January 29,2020 that I checked in was incompetent and the reason for so many issues and headaches I had on my "vacation". I had problems with check-in and my credit card company- who had to cancel my card for fraud while I was on vacation with my family for Disney because of the front staff charging me over $1K for TWO rooms when I had only booked one room (I was helped by a girl named Sam, but she had help from another older female that night and an older man.not sure if he was the manager but none of them clearly knew how to handle checking someone in correctly). They mixed up my reservation with my sisters, who was staying there with her family as well and charged me for both rooms. The worst part was my brother in law reserved a room as well for January 31st with his family and they turned him away because "they couldn't find him". This was after a long night of Disneyland, he had all his kids with him and nowhere to sleep because they didn't want to acknowledge his confirmation email. This place is not the place to stay if you want a good experience. The only positive thing I can say is the breakfast staff is extremely nice and helpful, which we were able to get breakfast coupons for from the front staff manager for the reservation mix ups. Honestly that wasn't even enough though because the trip was already tainted. Everything else sucked and our sheets had what looked like red nail polish stains. Such a disappointment but now I know where not to stay or recommend even though I recommended my whole family so this was embarrassing. Honestly the best western in Orange was a WAY BETTER experience than this.

My room keycard didnt work and I need to replace it for 3 times. Parking card machine also didnt work. Only one person at the front desk. It wasnt great experience staying here. So annoying!
