Reception and all service staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our beachfront room on the third floor had a balcony with a spectacular view of the pool area, the ocean, and sunrise. The food in the tavern for dinner and breakfast was excellent!

I’m a travel agent, I recently took a marketing trip to Los Angeles with a member on my team. We enjoyed our stay it was very clean and a very nice experience that wasn’t expected.

Nice hotel. Clean with comfy beds and nice amenities. Removed a star for terrible touch screen and keycard reading elevators that seem to half work. Pain in the neck of you are in a hurry due to congestion with others.

Homeless population in this area of LA isn't great for those that want to walk at night, but not a knock on the hotel itself.

Terrible，outdated, shower was clogged, couldn’t take shower, usb plug doesn’t work, for the similar price range intercontinental is way more better.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They even provided the microwave we requested at booking. Will definitely staff here again. Nice location, smart elevators and the Valet service was top notch.

Doorman was nice.valet guy was nice but ya only cars or small suvs can fit.has a 6ft ceiling. Deck is beautiful serves drinks and food till 4-10pm and gym is nice with a view. Nice plaza.

The room was nice except for the lime green bathtub in the bathroom. You have this updated, modern room and the bathroom has all this great lighting and then boom. Lime green tub from the 70s. Very offputting. Also the elevators were the slowest thing on earth. I waited multiple times to go down the elevator and I timed it once at 14 minutes. 14 MINUTES TO GET DOWN AN ELEVATOR? !? The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was soft and the room was nice. Didn't feel like a "deluxe" room but it is what it is. For the price I would not be compelled to stay there again.

Relaxing, elegant, front desk was superb. The concierge was on point. Valet is awesome. Downtown so much too see, rooms are super clean.

The first room we checked in smelled like cigarette smoke and we requested a second room. Arrived to the second room and it smelled like cigarettes and weed. The floors were dirty and finger smudge prints were everywhere. I understand that they are most likely short-staffed but I questioned the cleanliness of everything after that.
