They really took care of me very well! The receiving and also a personal hand written note made me feel special!

We stayed at the hotel based on all the nice reviews we saw, but it is nothing expected…. The elevators are so slow and outdated, also zero room service, wouldn’t even deliver essentials to the room…two stars only for the location, very disappointed

Front desk staff was unprofessional especially the elder man.

I stayed there recently, I left my stuff after checked out try to go back as fast as I can. The man who helped me told me the housekeeper were off at 4pm so there’s NO WAY for me to get my stuff back at the same day even though it was only less than 2 hours passed 4pm. What make it worst is that he did not bother to check it! Not even try to call the housekeeping department or other departments to double check if it is possible to help me get my stuff back. The most outrageous and unprofessional thing he did was talking to other customers while helping as if he’s done helping me and gave me the attitude of did not want to help me at all.

I wrote two review for this location and this is the second one that direct to the housekeeping department. My first was for the great customer service of the front desk but the second one is a negative one. We checked in late at night after a six hour drive. We have a habit of wiping down area that we can touch after the pandemic. Most area was pretty dirty in the room like the table top and the counters. Ok we were like that fine, at lease we wiped everything down. I asked for extra pillow case before I went upstairs, this is because we want to make sure our pillow case was changed. While I was putting on the clean pillow case I noticed one of the pillow case have make up on it. It seems like house keeping didn’t change the bottom case. By the time I found this out it was too late to change room cause we settle down already. So I want back downstairs to ask Juan a excellent Front desk staff for more pillow case to change out the other two pillows as well. He quickly provide for me there as I don’t want him to walk upstairs for me again to deliver it. When I went back upstairs trying to change that pillow case, I saw a stain that looks like dry blood stains. Then I was like I am done with this pillow and we not going to use it. This is my second time staying here, my first experience here was wonderful back in February of this year. This stay so far is bad for the cleanliness of the room. We may not stay here again. Oh and this room suppose to be there better floor as when we booked our room, they charged more for top floors. Disappointed.

I stayed here for about 2 weeks on vacation.

The hotel, room and amenities were great, but they were having a few technical difficulties during my stay (systems were down, so check-in was a little tedious, plus I could only have 1 copy of a key at a given time).

The parking situation was also an additional cost at $15/day, but otherwise, it was palatable.

Overall it was a good experience in a good area, so if you're needing a safe, central area to stay in while you're visiting L. A, I can easily recommend this hotel.

Shoutout to the security guard that was super flexible and let me park in the 15 min section while I ran up to get changed for an appointment I was running behind on. Guy is a legend.

The other security guard can use a little attitude adjustment, though.

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while, and it was only a 1 night stay. What matters the most to me is cleanliness in a hotel room, and Sheraton San Gabriel did not disappoint. Room was spacious, comfy bed and pillows, and lots of little details that made the experience extra special. Everyone was very kind as well from check in to check out. If you need a hotel in LA this is a great one! We won’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

For where it's at it's really an elegant place to stay for sure, I came here for an ANIME EVENT that hosted here called PACIFIC MEDIA EXPO and I had a great time

I am impressed by the cleanliness of such a big hotel. The parking is underneath the hotel itself and there is security at the entrance to the hotel, which made me feel more secure. I love that it has a great restaurant attached to it and a Starbucks as well for coffee lovers. Every employee I encountered was very nice and Jorge, the bartender, made our experience even better. If you want great drinks go to him at the bar in the lobby.

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to SoCal. The experience begins as you walk into the lobby and you are greeted with a wonderful scent, the staff is friendly and attentive and try their best to accommodate our requests. We always have a good experience when we are here and they have some of the best pillows!

There are a few things I wish they would add that would make this place a 10 for me. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms (at least the suites) or at the very least in the club lounge so I wouldn't have to go ALL the way to the lobby yo warm up my food. Another thing I would like to see are some veggie protein or turkey/chicken options in the club lounge for breakfast as everyone doesn't eat pork and beef. And lastly I think their should be TVs in the bathrooms that have tubs so guests can enjoy a movie or show while relaxing in the tub.

All in all it is a great place to stay the staff does a good job of keeping the property clean and the staff is helpful and friendly whether it be the housekeepers, the lounge/bar staff, bell hops or front desk staff. As Ambassador Elite members they do a good job of making you feel valued and have a gift at the dest or even brought to the room during our stay and that is a wonderful touch

I was very pleasantly surprised by this Sheraton! The facility is very clean and well-appointed. The room was spacious and clean, as was the gym. I also enjoyed the dining options and the 6th floor lounge. I'll definitely return to this hotel when I need to visit the area in the future!

Front desk staff was unprofessional. When I asked about Marriott Elite benefits, she replied “ are you sure you are an Elite? ” without even checking my member ID. She offered me small discounts on parking for a month-long stay.

Went into my first room, saw a cleaning lady laying on the sofa with her shoes on, just watching TV (like a boss LOL). Immediately asked for a room change, staff seemed irritated when I asked.

Saw hair and fleck on the pillows when I unpacked. Do they really clean this room?

In the morning, you will hear the cleaning crew yelling and chatting in the hallway. Please avoid if you have better options.

Very convenient location, Great rooms and lounge area. Beautiful lobby and pool area. The staff was very attentive and helpful
