Love this hotel. Been twice. Definitely recommend. Good location for going to Disneyland. Very clean and very friendly staff.

The facilities are clean, but as mentioned in the reviews, the room was cold because the heating wasn't working well. When I spoke on the phone, they brought me a small heater. It's okay during the day, but the noise from traffic is loud only at night.

Strikers march around car when pulling up. Bang on drums and play loud horns. Staff said it would start at 5: 30 am. Nope it started at 4: 30. This hotel is a joke until they solve this problem

Overall this is a good hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the walk to Disneyland was very convenient. Unfortunately we were woken up by protesters both nights of our stay. The first day we didn’t let it to get to us but the second day after being at Disneyland until midnight and getting woken up at 5 AM on vacation, we were so frustrated. If you have kids I would recommend a different hotel while the protests are going on. And if you are an early riser and don’t mind pan banging and blow horns at 5 AM this is the hotel for you. If it weren’t for the protests, we would have had a fantastic stay.

Elevator is absurdly slow to arrive after calling it. Otherwise, renovations and service have vastly improved this hotel and I’d recommend it.

$30 parking is absurd. Only reason why it got 3 stars. Besides that staff and rooms are great.

Absolutely awful experience. The protestors were loud and non stop all day and night, not one person at the front desk informed me of this. The rooms were humid and stuffy almost if there was mold, gave my family headaches and had to stay away from the hotel and room as much as possible. Will not be staying here again or recommend to anyone. Especially still charging full price knowing the protestors will be there.

Solid location if attending a conference or Disneyland. Had issue at first due to AC not working right on an 88 degree day. Thankfully I met a member of the maintenance staff and he fixed the problem right away. Front desk staff was okay, at check in they were a bit weird with folks wanting to check in right before the 4pm slot. Having a bit more grace for folks traveling in on long flights would be helpful.

Did four nights and five days at this hotel as we visited Disneyland.

Room: The room was nice and comfortable. The beds were soft and we had a double queen that allowed us to accommodate all four of us. There was a large screen TV and a small table and chair. There is a fridge that we were able to use, it is on the small side though. Definitely would have appreciated a little bit more fridge space and a freezer. There's a small coffee machine and they provide coffee pods and cups on a daily basis. Housekeeping was outstanding and made the beds daily and gave us fresh towels. Overall the room was nice. It didn't look over anything fancy but we weren't there for the view.

Location: Staying at Disneyland is very expensive. This was an affordable alternative where we were able to walk straight down the main boulevard to the main Disney entrance in less than 15 minutes. You definitely pass some interesting characters along the way, but it feels safe and there's always lots of foot traffic. There's also some convenience stores located right by the hotel. We walked all the way to Target the first night but then after visiting the CVS right next door realized that was unnecessary.

Pool: At times we would take a break from the parks and just enjoy the pool in the hot afternoons. They provide towels and it's a nice little pool. There is a bar and grill on site but we didn't use it.

Price: We did this package through Costco but overall for the hotel and Disneyland package it was around $2,300. That included 3 days in the parks and the four nights at the hotel.

Other amenities: There is a pizza restaurant located within the hotel. We did not eat there so I don't have a review for it. There's also a bar with large screen TVs. Finally there is a gift shop and mini store with a Starbucks in it. This made it convenient for us to get some snacks onsite.

Overall: We enjoyed our stay here. It was on the more affordable side and had lots of restaurants nearby. It's a short distance to Disney and saves a lot of money as compared to staying in the park itself. We appreciated the service we received and would stay here again.

Awesome stay at the newly renovated hotel! Staff and grounds were amazing. Would definitely stay again when returning to Disneyland.

I just want to send a huge thank you to Andrea at the reception for being an amazing person and so accommodating to our needs. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful time at the Sheraton. Will definitely be back whenever we're in the area!

1. About 15 minutes’ walk from Disneyland
2. If you want to take the shuttle bus to Disneyland, the front desk clerk said that it costs about 6 US dollars and the shuttle bus goes around all surrounding hotels, so the journey will take a long time.
3. There are no slippers provided in the room. Maybe it is environmentally friendly now?
4. There is a bathtub in the room and the mattress is comfortable.
5. The room faces the swimming pool, 90% of the resort feeling

The standard rooms are a little small but nice. The hotel is also very humid, not sure why. It could be because there are no fans in the bathrooms. Even though we only had a standard room we had a view of the Disneyland fireworks without paying extra. Their elevators are finicky, we got stuck in them a few times because it wouldn’t stop at our floor, it just took us up to the top then back down to the lobby level. The trick is to scan your room key then press the button for the level your room is on, it works 70% of the time.

Pros: view and balcony without an additional fee, comfy beds, close to Disneyland, shuttle stops right in front of the hotel, small store inside with souvenirs, snacks, and hygiene products, staff is super friendly, great govt/ military rates (book direct on their website or app), pool with bar, ART shuttle stop right in front of hotel.

Cons: room was very humid, no fan in the bathroom, thermostat in room was confusing, elevator system is very confusing (wasn’t explained at check-in either), the bar/restaurant food was super expensive, parking spaces are tight, bathrooms in room do not have a real door or lock (sliding door covers the doorway), microwave and ice machine on one level only, no microwaves in rooms.

They overbooked us and didn't have a room for us at the hotel. Extremely disappointed as I booked the room over 3 months prior.

I’m only giving 3 stars for the room due to tours being so humid. The sheets felt damp on the bed and the carpet felt damp when walked barefoot. I would have turned the heat up a bit but it was too hot outside during our stay. Other than that I loved this hotel! Would stay here again and recommend for anyone I know traveling to the area. Rooms were really clean, just overly humid. The cleaning staff was very nice and courteous.

I stayed here for Disney.
I requested an extra bed for 3 people, but was told that it was not possible.
Even if there are 3 people, there are only 2 water bottles. I asked for 3 bottles, but they did not respond.
The room is small as per other reviews.
It's a pain to open and store your suitcase.
I think the location varies from person to person, but it's quite far from the Disney parks.
As the days go by, it feels even more distant.
It's convenient that there are drug stores and convenience stores along the way.
Next time I go to Disney, I will choose another hotel.

Hotel charged me $98 for their restaurant when I only used my “complimentary” vouchers for the breakfast buffet (just me, no guest).

Called the hotel 5 times with no answer to get this resolved. Finally talked to a manager Victoria who says their accounting department has to look into this. This shouldn’t have happened in the first place and shouldn’t be something that takes several days to resolve.

On top of this, I turned in my tax exempt form at check in and had to make multiple trips to the front desk on my day of check out to actually get it processed, despite them having the form for 3 nights. Staff were not friendly or helpful about it and I had to be very persistent to actually get them to help me and process it before leaving with a proper receipt in hand.

Why is everything such a hassle here?
