Would recommend anyone looking for a new apartment complex to look into this spot. The amenities were great and I appreciated how clean the building was kept. Thank you Vianka for making our time here so great!

First day move in complex is gorgeous but inside my apartment first stove doesn’t work was told that would be fix before move in even have permission to come fix while moving in still my stove don’t work. Ants EVERYWHERE in the kitchen. Literally did unload nothing just opened the fridge and ants starting to come out. Oh last but not least NO HOT WATER. So after
Moving in on a very hot summer day I can even take a nice hot shower to get ready for my work week tomorrow…… worse move in day ever. Top it off I have to go buy dinner instead of celebrating and cooking in my OWN apartment because my stove does NOT work …

Very happy with our time at The Sherman Circle. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Vianka especially went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

We've lived here for a year now, and we couldn't be happier. Recently, we started seeing small to medium sized roaches in our kitchen. We keep our apartment pretty spotless. After trying to treat them ourselves, we realized that they seemed to be coming from behind the dishwasher and from under the sink (probably attracted to water). We put in a maintenance request to have our dishwasher pulled out so pest control could spray behind it. Adrian in the management office was super helpful. He made sure to send maintenance out at a convenient time to move the dishwasher, he put us on the list for pest control for the following day, and after the spray he sent maintenance back to fasten the dishwasher back in place. The roach problem isn't completely gone, but it is 90% better. We probably need another treatment. We appreciate Adrain's willingness to help as well as his timeliness and attention to detail. Vianca Romero was beyond helpful and went way over the top in trying to help me, she truly is a wonderful person and should be well respected in her job as she was AMAZING!

I had a great experience at this property. Rolanda was a life saver! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure our experience was very favorable. We are new to the area and she made us feel at home! The many questions that I had she never made me seem like I was a bother. Having tried other rental properties and not having people get back to us I am super glad that we chose Sherman Circle!

Rolanda gave a tour and was beyond helpful and kind. She helped go through options for price points and made sure to show all the extra amenities I was interested in.

Adrian toured me at the property today and he was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and was patient with me as I had many questions. The property is beautiful and I can’t wait to move in

Looks good on the outside! This community seems new and luxurious but don’t be fooled. It’s a basic complex that’s overpriced. The have roaches and ants and do not cover pest control for their residents. Elevators always broken. Somebody got stuck in one the other day and the fire department came. The amenities are great if they are working. The HUGE pool here has been closed ALL SUMMER almost 3 months. Thai place is a joke you can get way better for less!

Complex itself is fantastic, but the management for it is HORRIFIC.

Fails to respond to questions, always makes incorrect choices, leaves things broken without notice, fixes things that don’t need fixing which causes amenities to close for long periods of time, fire alarms go off with no explanation constantly, they’ve threatened to send exterminators for cats, they’ve been SUPER sleazy in regards to our rent (back charging and making up charges), our AC has been broken for a month and the repair keeps getting delayed, and they only seem to care about selling the units.

It’s a great complex, but it’s run by con artists that actively want to harm you. Don’t fall for it.

Sherman circle is such a great complex! I’m in my late 20’s band have lived here for the last two years. My dog and I love going on walks and enjoying the amenities! The manager Leslie is extremely helpful in answering any questions and was so supportive during the peak of pandemic! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Love this place, Leslie the manager of the building is awesome, her customer service is impeccable. She has amazing communication skills and I would definitely recommend my friends to her anytime. She is such a nice soul

Love the Sherman Circle, the amenities are fantastic, they are always keeping it cleaned and well maintained. The team there have been great since I’ve moved in, Vianka is always so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend The Sherman Circle if anyone is looking for a great and secure place to live!

The apartment has great amenities, clean and quiet environment. Maintenance staff is also amazing here, they are quick to respond!
