Visited Ventura store for paint samples. Service was quick and samples a good size. Paint clerk was polite and informative

Frustrated with this store! We called hoping for advise painting a fence asked for Tricorn black that Sherman Williams suggested on IG post which we love. We are wanting to paint our fence a dark black. They recommended the most expensive paint and the color of Black Swan. Got home and it’s PURPLE! Asked to exchange for the color we requested and the won’t exchange. It is not black! Wow not great customer Service and they are RUDE. Just go to Lowe’s at this point forget wanting to support local small businesses when they are so unhelpful. So disappointed with this location.
The store was very organized and easy to find the items we needed for our job. Mondo Armando was SO helpful and Kind and very easy to work with. He was super knowledgeable and helped us pick the right paint for our job.
Sales person said to bring my paint back If it color does not match. Did not say it would cost me more to remix it if I used to much. The sales guy should of said something when I ask for roller for my project!

Our sales associate, Brad (Ventura, CA location) was very helpful, efficient with time, and knowledgeable. This is definitely better than visiting the “paint department” of a box store. Really good, quality paint.
