7 This store isn't very busy most of the time. Its clean and the bathrooms are accessible.
They're running short on some products but the employees are very willing to call other stores for customers.
They have great products which last a really long time.

Very clean and professional store. Lots of accessories for painting needs. Staff was very helpful and gave lots of great advice. I know paint stores are more for contractors, but as a homeowner, I was really impressed with this store. Ordering online is quick and easy and they email you when your order is ready for pickup. Very convenient. They have paint sample quarts which are very helpful for choosing your colors. Highly recommend for your next project.
I was inside for about 15mins looking at colors and not once was I asked if I needed help by the 2 young men that were there. I was the only customer.
The service here is great. The guys there are always willing to help. Parking is easy. Joined their membership so I could get discounts. There is 3 paint stores on Alum Rock and I am glad I chose this one. Plus the paint is quality
Convenient location, and a very knowledgeable representative. I'm actually painting city light poles for the city of San Jose after we install our equipment for Sprint on them. I ran across a weird spec of a 2 part epoxy paint that the city was calling for.spent forever trying to find it and finally called this location. They spent the time and did the leg work for me "around 2 days" and got back with me for an equivalent the city would accept. THANKS GUYS!
The rep at the store at capital and alum rock, on 3/31/19- was fantastic. Excellent service!
Staffs do not know their merchandise well. They were nice but not helpful at the end. I have asthma and I asked for zero VOC paints only and they told me to buy Harmony, and later I found out it has up to 0.4 pound VOC per gallon. I am now stuck with $600-plus tinted paint I would not use even if given to me for free.
