Customer service is lacking, associate sounded like he was bothered and did not encourage sales or help what so ever

I would really grade this store with no stars at all, my name is Carlos C, and my partner Art F, retired chief in the navy and realtor property manager and co owner of a construction company in san diego california, i do have an account with Sherwin Williams but I may just not use it any longer after this incident. First off customer service i so, so, so, so horrible, starting with a lady claiming to be THE manager, her name i couldnt see her shirt emblem well, but it was around 1.30 pm monday august 30th, 2021very rude and very bad temper towards me and my partner, arguing about a color match that we requested, she gave us the wrong color, i saw it would not match our sample, when she showed me her results, she kept saying that we had to pay for something we ordered, I said if you can please match it to the sample i will pay, she said, well you ordered like this so you take it, I said i wont take it, and wont pay for it either, I found out they did not have the Glosssy white paint, she told us that info after i started defending myself, this somehow escalated where she was so angry at me that my partner stepped in and explained that we would not take her mistake to our customers house and paint our clients house with the wrong color match just because she wanted to, i cant recall name could be Priscilla that store manager, she does not belong in any job that requires customer service.well hopefully a district manager can see this review find out her name and really have a loooong conversation, immediately after that we went to Dunn Edwards Paints
opened up a new account and Vista Paint, as well they were sooooooooo different they helped and gave us exactly what we needed, we will now start doing business Vista and Dunn, we have many contracts for homes that need painting and wont be using Sherwin. Be careful and make sure you get what you order and always bring a sample to color match, i hope That lady manager learns a lesson and perhaps a better attitude towards any customer will help her be a better person, I will be contacting my friends that have accounts here and let them know about this. The Only reason i put one star is because it would not let me post without 1 star, but really this place deserves NO stars, or minus stars.

Excellent service! Danelle rocks paint! Very knowledgeable and helpful. When I need expert paint matching, Danelle is a go to. Thanks Sherwin Williams for providing expert people like Danelle.

I have used this store several times, and each time I have received the same great experience: selection, quality and customer service are all top notch. I have also used the website to place a reorder for paint and supplies, and it was seamless. The website works well and the pick-up was fast and convenient.

Went in to pick out paint samples, was never greated by anybody the entire time I was there. After the associate was done helping the person at the counter, they disappeared in the back room never to be seen again the rest of the time I was there. So we left and will take our business elsewhere.

Beware the mask gustopo!

2 stars only because the gentleman and I do me young gentle man was professional and helpful. For 30 minutes I was in the store with a faceshield mask because I was trying to buy stain for log siding on my house and sample colors for the railings and trim. My painter Carlos has been doing paint for 35 years. He loves Sherwin Williams paint and highly recommends it. He would give it 5 stars for the quality of paint, I'm sure!

So I went there so pick out samples of colors that would look well together. I was impressed with the brochures their Woodscapes stains have. They can help you to see how different colors compliment each other. I picked those up at the Temecula store but was sent to Murietta to get the stains because I was told they they have more selection.

After 30 minutes of being in the Murietta store, interacting with store clerk, waiting for mixing, buying a stain brush, and paying for my merchandise, a woman (who might be the manager) finally tells me my mask is unsuitable for the store and that next time I need to wear a different one. (Mind you I've ready been to another Sherwin Williams 3x in a week in where that has not been a problem)
All I can say is I walked out of there confused and disappointed feeling like I was reprimanded by a power tripping mask gustopo.

With so many other Sherwin Williams stores around town to shop in, I would choose another more pleasurable location.

Terrible experience today at this store. Went in looking for wallpaper came home crying. Thanks to the on-site manager Danielle, if that’s really her name. I exposed my nose because I couldn’t breathe, hello! She threaten to call the cops on me. Unbelievable! Everyone on the face of this earth is on edge right now no one knows what’s really happening with this pandemic, it’s understandable. However if you choose to work with the public you need to be calm! Picking up the phone to call the cops because I exposed my nose is very extreme! Uncalled for and unnecessary. If you’re paranoid it’s best you stay home why work with the public. If you don’t feel safe at work stay home until the pandemic is over you’re only making things worse! Owner, Stop with the none caring automatic response!

I am not happy with my visit I do not like being forced to wear a mask in a store that is empty. I do not like being forced to wear a mask when it is not mandatory in my county. I painted my house 3 years ago and it looks terrible and I have to do it again because the best paint that you guys sell is completely faded. At almost $100 a gallon I thought this paint would be better than others but it's not

I have always used your store. I would have my friends and family use it also. I love your paint but it is getting up there in price.
