Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Mountain View CA

This place was great. The guy behind the counter named Gary was very helpful and respectful and even helped me plan for future projects. I recommend this place if you like great help and service.

Make sure to speak with Richard that is knowledgeable, patient and pays attention to detail when explaining the different types of paint brushes, paints and supplies that the store carries. We had such a great experience! The Mountain View location has plenty of parking and we felt safe shopping at the Sherwin Williams Paint Store.

I would like to thank Sean Mahony for his assistance and sound advice re paint choices and colors for my home project. His establishment, Sherwin-Willams is easily accessed from El Camino Real in Mountain View and I feel a great asset to our City!

Not recommended, left sample to match color, in 24 hours nobody even tried to do anything. When I got back to the store the sales guy did not suggest that he can do it. Home depot or any other store does it right away

Lots of color and paint quality choices, like any good paint store. But, really good tool and supply selection (quality brush and rollers, and Festo tools!) But what stands out is the support the team provided - really helpful in matching a color and finding and old order that saved the day twice over. Highly recommended.

Had a paint chip color matched and purchased a quart. The match was almost perfect, the difference can be seen only under the brightest lighting. Jesús was polite and knowledgeable. He also helped me choose the correct spackle compound for the job.

Bought paint here a year ago so I come back. Disappointed.

The staff is not nice. The customer before me asked for color match and she pushed him hard to pay. I asked to buy paint and mix color later which is a common practice, but she declined and said I can go to other stores. I understand if that's how they trained you, and you can repeat your store policy as many times as you want, but it's not gonna win customers. I will never go to this store again.

And I did go to other store. Go to Sunnyvale store. They have much more helpful and nicer staff.
