Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Hemet CA

Worst customer service. Could not find my acct then given excuse about limited PAYING samples. All major stores have samples but limited to 3 for a large order?

I visited on a Sunday, and there was one guy working. Of course, three of us customers walk in at about the same time. Two construction guys and a homeowner with her son. The employee took care of the homeowner first, then us construction guys. We were shooting the breeze, trading cards and trade tips, and browsing anyhow. Good job to the young man working there.

Samuel was polite and efficient as he answered my questions and found a solution to my need for a specific kind of paint.

The people were helpful but the place was way too hot and between the mask and the no air on it was just way too hot!

With over 25 years in the paint industry, I have shopped in most of the Sherwin Williams locations in a 60 mile radius. For the most part we have had great experience when dealing with any Sherwin Williams locations. Sherwin Williams in Hemet deserves this 5 star review. Service is spot on, when a product is unavailable the team works together in accommodating my needs. As a contractor it is crucial for product to be available in maintaining our schedule. Hands down to the leadership, Aleen the manager, thank you for your great service and attention to epi, my experience reflect to the many homes we rejuvenate!
