I absolutely loved the Sherwin-Williams location in Laguna Hills right off the freeway! I received great customer service from the supporting staff and they helped me pick out the perfect paint and products for my house. This was the first time I ever used Sherwin-Williams paint on my house and it turned out great. I will definitely use them again for my next project!
1- Nicholas Graves (Nick), you are the manager of that store. It is unethical and.to review your store as if you were a customer.
2- Your attitude is not the best. You talk as if you are in emotional pain! I have dealt with you on two occasions, both the same.
3- I tried to match a paint three times in your store with no success. The first try, it was you.
HomeDepot matched it on the first try!
Suggestion:
Stores like SW need to compete with big chain stores. You can't do it on the price, so it leaves you knowledge and customer service. Work on these two and I guarantee you 80% of customers will come back.
