Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Sacramento CA

I could go to this store and look at paint every day! I've been there three or four times this past week, and ever visit has been a pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been greeted at the door each time. They've helped me with color selection, type of paint I'm using and what for. Even if they didn't have the base for the color I wanted, they were able to look it up for me and put in an order for the color at a different store. The paint and brushes have been of great quality as well. I will always come here for my paint needs!

This place has nice workers that actually help you unload. But you have to fit your trailer and a tiny narrow alley, very dangerous.

Yes; I went in on Sunday and Monday and had different attendants each day. Both were helpful and I left with two samples each time. I mentioned to the young lady I wanted to make a decision while the paint was on sale, and she said she would help me even if I missed the date. This was very appreciated and made me feel like a valued customer.

The quality of the paint and materials available are very high, and the staff is knowledgable. I love that the records of my paint purchases are there so when I need touch up paint it is a simple phone call or visit.

This one in particular I would half to say is the best in town they are willing to actually talk to you and help you. Great place

Customer service was great! The employee working the front counter was very helpful. I asked for recommendations on white paint colors and he asked specific questions so he could make the appropriate recommendations. He was knowledgeable about colors. He also told us about the 30% sale which we weren’t aware of. I have never had this level of service in any paint store.

Its a very small store. Very limited on items that they sell. It's always a good idea to call ahead. This location doesnt mix paint.
