He doesn't say sorry
to me. I have to get one more time X-ray.
What's happened to me? Nobody Know that.
The MRI technician was so rude and unprofessional. I have never seen any imaging center treat their patients so rudely and disrespectfully. It was the worst experience. I will never want to go back to Shin Imaging.
I never thought I would post something like this.
Call to make an appointment, or go get an MRI or x-ray and come back.
I always came back feeling good. I have been traveling with my family for many years.
The staff were friendly and the quick response made me feel refreshed. However, when I went this time, I don't know his name, but he was there every time I went.
The person was not there, and a young woman was there during the day.
The woman who was present when the MRI was taken the evening before the day in question
They were very kind and said I could come get an MRI CD at any time.
The next day, I went around 10 a.m. And asked the woman in question,
They said you can wait 20 minutes, so I can go do other things.
When I said I would come back, he said in a strong accent that I could just wait, so no! I said I would go somewhere else and come back.
He asks if he will definitely come. Pointing to several CDs behind me
They say if it doesn't come, they'll throw it away. Then, I said I knew that I would have to give my ID when I came back.
An hour later, I asked her to give me my ID.
He asked me to wait for 10 minutes. The reason is because I left without waiting.
Because the person who made the CD made it first because someone else was in a hurry.
They say the order has finally gone in. It's absurd, so
He said he would come tomorrow, and he pointed to the CD behind him.
If it doesn't come today, I'll throw it all away in the evening.
Didn't I say I'd come tomorrow? I told them to wait for 5 minutes.
I'm already angry with that woman's behavior and tone.
I asked if I could speak nicely.
I came in with my husband who was waiting at the parking lot.
Less than a minute later, I saw him come in and a voice from behind said, “I’m here. ”
He gives it to me while doing it. It's the worst. This woman. Nothing but abuse of power.
The place where I always felt good hasn't subsided for several days.
I asked for a copy of my MRI images and they gave me a CD, and they said there was NO other way or device that they could deliver the images. I am wondering who these days has a device to read CDs.
Technically, they don't give me my images that I paid for.
They canceled my appointment. They do not know how to communicate and be specific with the papers that they want. It has been going on for 2 months to get what paper they want. Very disappointing. They also got my appointment wrong. They clearly said 9: 30 was the appointment and it was 10. Worst MRI place ever.
Shin MRI is the worst. We have gone several times but the last time my husband had an x-ray was a nightmare that hasn't ended. We know how much we have to pay for an xray. After my husband got his xray he was told that he would have to pay 197.50 which is more then our co-pay. A couple weeks later we get a bill saying we have to pay even more even though we got an explanation of benefits from our insurance company saying we only had to pay $100. At this point they actually owe us $97.50. I contacted them and they told me that they would have to investigate the issue. Five months later and several phone calls with them and our insurance company also contacting them we are still waiting for our refund. When you owe them money they have no problem harassing you and sending you to collections but if they owe you money they ignore you and use the excuse that their refunds are backlogged. How many refunds do they have that they are backlogged for the months. The worst at customer service and helping resolve issues.
Very nice personnel. They are friendly and professional. It's great that Shin Imaging takes walk in Patients and there is parking

Gina, the receptionist, was very friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. I have never met a receptionist who was as good as her. The services were on time and very professional. Highly recommend.
Been here for 2 MRIs and a mammogram. Always great service. Easy parking. East going and efficient staff. Liz was helpful with questions and concerns I had.

Jerry has the worst customer service and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable! Not even worth a 1 star.

Laura at the front desk was amazing! Her services was fast, helpful and sincere. She made everything clear to understand and helped me navigate the services I needed in par with my insurance. The staff were very friendly and quick, I would recommend this place 10/10
Amazing. Was desperate to get a CT San done on a Friday of Memorial Day weekend. They took me right away (I did get a script for me from my urologist). Great front desk staff.
