Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a fresh and clean atmosphere. The entire space was impeccably maintained, with a neat and organized layout. The floors were free from any stray hair or debris, and the styling stations were immaculate. It was clear that the Haircut & Clean Store prioritized cleanliness and took great pride in providing a pristine environment for their customers. Moving on to the haircut itself, I was extremely pleased with the results. The hairstylist I was assigned to was attentive, taking the time to listen to my preferences and offering helpful suggestions based on their expertise. They displayed exceptional skill and precision, executing the haircut exactly as requested. The end result was a stylish and flattering haircut that exceeded my expectations. Clean salon, nice space. I had a pedicure appointment (called ahead but you can walk in). I had a very friendly and professional nail technician, she’s so bubbly and nice. Comfortable massage chair, very relaxing. They do hair, nails and facial, everything. Highly recommend.

I recently visited this establishment for a haircut and I must say, I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. The service was exceptional and welcoming, and I particularly appreciated the use of a towel to prevent hair from falling onto my shirt during the haircut, which demonstrated a level of attention to detail and consideration for the customer that I have not encountered at other hair and nail salons. Additionally, the use of a hair dryer to remove any excess hair from my body was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, I am highly impressed with the quality of service at this establishment and look forward to returning for future.

My friend introduced me to come to Shine's Hair & Nails to do manicures and pedicures. I am really impressed because the salon looks so nice and organized. I love the decoration and the atmosphere there which makes me feel relaxed on a hot day like this. Service is perfect. The new lady, Phuong, is so nice. She helps me do my nail and it turns out beautifully. I enjoy the leg massage with hot stone since I had a problem with my leg a few years ago. Thank Phuong for her professional pedicure and especially leg massage.

The employees here are so nice. Sunshine did my hair, and it was cute at the end. She also gave me some advices about my hair type and how to take care of it.

For my first time visiting to get a manicure, i decided on shine's because they're nearby after moving recently and have great reviews.judging from reviews and how bad my experience was here, i think i was very unlucky and am sure most people who visit would have a much better experience.however, i'm still pretty unhappy about how i was rushed out and rung up for something i didn't want.i won't be visiting again.pros:
- clean and comfortable chairs
- the lady who did my nails is clearly skilled and experienced (i'm guessing she is the owner although she never mentioned it)
- prices for services are affordable and more than reasonable at face value

cons:
- seems understaffed, may need to wait a bit which is to be expected as a walk-in (only one person working at the time)
- the manicurist didn't understand that i wanted gel extensions after i asked twice to make sure and she even said that she knew.she didn't seem to want to talk to me much, so i ended up getting a regular gel manicure instead.i realized this when she went straight to applying base coat on my nails, but i decided it was too late to say something and that it was no problem
- it felt like the she was trying to rush me out even though we were the only people there the whole time.due to rushing, the edges of the polish weren't brushed off well and lifted easily
- i was charged for an item i never wanted, and the receipt wasn't itemized because she manually entered the total

at one point mid-manicure the lady told me i needed a nail oil.i said i didn't want it, but she said she was giving it to me and left it on the nail station.i was confused by that because she never mentioned a price for it or anything like that, but i didn't ask about it to be polite and left it there by the time i went to the front to pay.i saw that the total was 33% higher than the price on the sign, so i paused and glanced at her in hesitation but she didn't say a word.instead of asking about why like i should have, i finished paying.she then gave me the jar seemingly out of nowhere (a pocket maybe?) and i realized she made me buy something i never wanted to buy.i'm guessing she sneaked it when i was waiting for her at the register, but she made no mention of it or showed it to me when i was paying.i should've been more assertive and asked her for a redo of the transaction, so i made multiple mistakes and learned a lesson.i don't mind overpaying, but the way she did things was sly and dishonest, and definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.as mentioned, i won't be coming back.
