Last Friday, I was anticipating the delivery of a package, but it turned out that UPS delivered it to Ship It LAX instead. Initially, I was annoyed, but as it turned out, discovering Ship It LAX was a blessing in disguise. Despite being situated discreetly in a shopping center on Manchester, they have a lot to offer. Ship It LAX offers packing, shipping, parcel pick up, and mailbox rentals services.

The two gentlemen working inside were very courteous and professional. They promptly checked my ID for verification and handed over my package. One of the things I really appreciated was the pleasant aroma inside the store! It really was the proverbial “icing on the cake”. I highly recommend visiting Ship It LAX for all your shipping needs. Convenient location to ship, and have your packages sent to. Clean, and the staff is friendly too! And it smelled really good!

I had to ship an item last minute on a Friday and didn’t have any supplies. The staff there took care of everything for me. Packed it safely so it wouldn’t get damaged and shipped it for me at a reasonable price. It’s easy to get to and right off the freeway. This is my new place for shipping!

Signing up for a mailbox online was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly when I had to call, and very quick replies on text. I have an online store and I definitely look forward to coming in and shipping with them.

I needed something shipped ASAP to NY. I had no supplies and didn’t know the process. Luckily, this place was local and open pretty late.
The guy working here understood my needs and helped me carefully wrap the package, and ensured that it would be delivered on time.
Super nice staff with friendly and knowledgeable service. Since I was there, I also decided to open a mailbox since it’s not a “PO box. ” I explained to the staff that I have tons of packages delivered to my home and I’m always afraid someone might steal them.
