Dodgy. Credit card stolen and purchase to be shipped here. Emailed several time and no response. Avoid.

So i have major suspicions that a store is running a credit card theft ring, gonna report to pay-pal to look at that one.oh the website by the way is Icestork, they have refused to take items down after many DMCAs and they ship through you guys from what i've seen so far.

I live in Melbourne, and sold an item to someone in US, only to realise I got scammed and wasn’t getting paid. As soon as I realised the package was to be delivered to Shipito I contacted them over Facebook/Email, and they were very responsive, and coordinated a return straight away for my package!

Used to make an Amazon purchase. They take a photo of your item then give you several shipping options depending on your budget. They charge GST on the item value then again on the service they provide. Expensive but relatively hassle free.

I was a victim of identity theft, and these dirtbags were involved. I can't believe this is allowed to exist.

I've been a customer since 2012. I rarely ran into any issues with them. But if I did they would help me just fine.
I can't see why people are complaining so much here.

SKETCHY. A package i sold on eBay was rerouted here, and while it was out for delivery the buyer bounced back payment (definitely fraud activity). I was told from someone at ShipItTo my package is still at the facitility and they will ship it back to me.hopefully they are honest and good on their word.whole situation is sketchy.tried calling ShipItTo back and the phone was disconnected.if my package is not shipped back much further action will be pursued.

One of their customers tried to scam my business. I reported it, and they refused to take any action.

Usually works OK, except for their Hawthorne warehouse. Super slow even when I paid express mailout.

Service is terrible here always and issues when coming to pick up my packages and never anyone in the front. Had to walk around the inside of the building in order to get help. Would not recommend this company to anyone

They made unauthorized payments on my paypal. I don't even know how they got my info in the first place. I also believe they took one of my packages that has been missing from LA customs.

I was at this Shipito location for local pick-up of my package, front desk lady was really friendly, helpful and also quick.

If you are an online retailer, do not ship any products to this company. They were likely purchased with a stolen credit card. To protect yourself, cancel the order and refund the money immediately.

I dont know how this place got my information from my ebay acount and started ordering items and shipping it to this location i will be reporting them 3501 Jack Northrop Ave Suite #SK222

They regularly steal PayPal info from unsuspecting individuals and they use that info to make unauthorized transactions. Do not let these people have access to any of your information.

These people are absolute morons. Shipping options only suit them. They know notning about customer service. Mail Fraud is a federal offence and these morons should be investigated. Don't risk your online shopping and deliveries to this mob. 2 boxes with identical items cannot weigh different amounts and cost different prices.but these morons think people are as stupid as they are greedy & think it acceptable. They deserve to go out of business. Don't be fooled
