All I can say is wow! My youngest son is a very high level wrestling here in California and as anyone would know, those athletes go through a lot. He experienced pain in his wrist, knee, neck and we saw so many doctors and therapists, none could help. Now keep in mind, we’ve seen his private trainer, sports therapist, Ortho, sports chiropractor, sports massage therapist etc… We were referred to Shirley and figured let’s give a shot! Now my son has more range of motion, the pain is significantly dropped and he’s healing in a way we couldn’t imagine! Thx Shirley - if you’ve never tried acupuncture just do it!

Shirley is the most patient, caring, and helpful person. She takes the time to listen and then comes up with a care program for you.

I arrived at the office early to fill out my required paperwork. Upon filling out my required paperwork and submitting it to the receptionist another patient walks in and states that he's a 1/2 hour early.
Instead of rooming me, the office staff decides to room the patient who's early first. I was later roomed, waited for 10 minutes, no one came to treat me, yet the individuals who's appointment time was after me was already being treated. I left due to the staff not being patient centric. Upon calling the offices the voice my displeasure the office manager was extremely rude instead of attempting to be patient centric.

THIS WAS MY WIFE'S 2ND VISIT. BOTH TIMES SHE WAS MADE TO WAIT LONGER THAN OTHER PATIENTS. TODAY FOR MORE THAN 45 MIN LONGER THAN OTHERS WHO CAME IN AFTER ME, ALL WHO WERE WHITE, AND SHE IS AFRICAN-AMERICAN. I BELIEVE IT WAS S. MCWILLIAMS WHO SHE SPOKE TO. SHE ASKED FOR A GOWN AND WAS GIVEN A FLAT SHEET. THE PRACITIONER GOT GEL ALL OVER HER CLOTHES WITH NO APOLOGY. ZERO STARS IF IT WERE AN OPTION.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done for my son. This was Julians Solis first knee injury he has ever experienced. The acupuncture needles help reduce inflammation, improve muscle function and decrease pain. I was extremely new to the acupuncture process, and I was very pleased with the end results. Basically, within a month, Julian was back on the wrestling mat training with his team. Additionally, Ms. McWilliams is very knowledgeable and explained every step and informed me. In top of that, my son did not have to take any medication. It is truly an honor to write this review.

Shirley and her team were so great during my months of treatment! Went to them for a few months in preparation for my IVF journey. I'm sure there were other factors involved along with acupuncture, but I had success during my first fresh transfer! Highly recommend them overall.
