Absolutely love my new shirts! They are extremely comfortable and on top of that the customer service is top notch! I had a box that showed delivered but never received, no problem, they sent me a new one of my choice. Happy customer!

I’ve been with these guys for a few years and I absolutely love the shirts they put out. I’m a beer lover so what better way to show that than being a Shirts on Tap member. There have been some hiccups along the way and these guys take care of me every time. They are so easy to deal with in the off chance that you need to contact them. Best customer service out there. We have been ordering from SOT since early days - we actually had to slow our rotation because the shirts are such high quality, and screen prints so great, we could not possibly wear all of the shirts in our lifetime.

Customer service is just absolutely above and beyond. It’s actual humans that want to give you the best possible experience. And the owners are also incredibly kind and community oriented!

My latest experience was ordering LFGSD shirts during the playoffs for hubs and I. There was an error, and immediate refund and after some really fun, really human banter - these kind humans mailed me the last in stock T-shirt. I had a horrific day, (my dad passed suddenly) and in the middle of the day my phone popped a notification that they’d shipped my order.

I don’t leave a lot of internet reviews, but this one is worth it. We can all be a little kinder. Shirts on Tap is a kind brand you can be proud to wear, knowing they employ locals, will always give you a quality product, and might even randomly out of nowhere send a smile when you need it most

Enjoyed these high quality tees for years then Josh was awesome setting up our brewery with a great logo for our own box from the SOT team!

I am very impressed by the quality and designs of the silk screen prints. Top shelf shirts too. I love that you can pick your shirt each month. Last, support. This is such a cool idea, especially for a craft beer fan! The customer service is excellent. They respond very quickly and when I got shipped the wrong box, they offered to send me the correct one shortly at no additional charge. I was so excited for my first box and it didn’t disappoint. I definitely recommend getting a subscription. Great product!

I’ve been a member for about two years now and have never had any issues with Shirts On Tap. Customer service is always very fast to respond (even at odd times of the night and weekends) and they always work to get you the product you want. There have been one or two times I accidentally missed the shirt selection cutoff by a day and they made sure to help me out and change my order, even though they didn’t have to. The shirts are high quality and fit perfectly.

I also recommend getting the sticker packs for the beer fridge.

I highly recommend this company and I frequently recommend them to friends.

First of all, the concept of receiving your choice of craft beer tee's every month is perfect for guys like me who love visiting different brew pubs, and wear tee's every day! Customer service at Shirts On Tap is amazing! My wife got me the Shirts on Tap subscription for Christmas, and I am stoked. But she ordered the wrong size, and when I emailed customer service, they took care of it, no hassle. Hard to find that kind of support these days. Seriously, what beer fan wouldn't like this?

I bought Shirts on Tap as a gift for my husbands birthday and he loves them! I am a graphic designer, so I immediately was drawn to the beautiful designs. The shirt is so soft and a great quality. I needed to change the size and the customer service was so helpful and fast replies. Definitely recommend!

Wow, the customer service is better than the shirts! I accidentally picked two of the same shirts in a double box for the month and they immediately sent out a replacement after the shirts had arrived and I realized what I had done. Cannot recommend them enough, gonna stay with this subscription box as long as they are around:)

This monthly subscription is the BOMB! Shirts are great quality and the customer service is the best! I had an issue with sizing and they fixed it and I received a new one at the end of that same month. Then a couple months later I made an error on a monthly pick and they responded quickly and went out of their way to help me; make me happy! Can’t rave enough about these guys/gals. If you are a craft/micro brew lover who enjoys cool t shirts or are looking for a unique monthly subscription for a friend, don’t hesitate picking SOT. You won’t be sorry and will look forward to each months delivery.

The best customer service! I emailed at like 10 pm asking to purchase an extra shirt from a different brewery than the one I already received because I loved the design so much, since I emailed so late I was expecting to wait at least a full day before a response. Not the case! They emailed me back immediately the next morning letting me know my order was processed and I am getting the extra shirt I wanted! So stoked, absolutely love this company you get so much for a good price and the customer service is unbeatable!

I received shirts on tap as a gift for my birthday. After some difficulties that were more than likely user error, I received incredible help from their customer service. Not only did they make sure that I had a login and password, but I received a follow-up email a few weeks later to make sure that I was able to login for my selection the following month! That’s the kind of customer service that is in short supply and keeps customers incredibly happy. Great job! I will be a customer beyond my gift for sure!
