Best selection of shoes in the area! Went 3 other places first and found nothing decent in size 8 men's for my 15 yr old son at all. Should of went here first!

Awesome customer service. Wide variety of shoes for kids, women and men. Lots of sizes available. Plenty of parking, located next to restaurants.

Good selection, I need wide shoes and they have lots that fit me. They're short on service, though I recall a sign suggesting tipping.

Showed up 5 minutes before closing and they asked me to leave because it was too late. Drove 15min to get there.

I selected 2 pairs of Sketchers Arch Support and 1 pair of Nike running shoes for both my sons.to buy for my son. The "sales associate-Ian" was helpful but the lady sales associate was very very rude (her name on the badge was not visible". The moment we called her for help finding shoe size, she came over with a raised voice asking "What? ". Before we could finish explaining what we need help with she kept cutting us off and repeating "everything is out here, we don't have. " with continued raised voice without even knowing what we were asking for. I went to the counter to check out the selected items and tried relaying my concern to the associate "Ian" but the lady sales person continued same behavior in front of other customers. This lady sales associate continued her mocking laugh and didnot let me relay my concern to pass it on to the owner/manager/Ian. On top of that she said "I'm speaking English, I don't know what this customer doesnt understand" as if I and my husband don't speak or understand English. I finally told "Ian" that this female sales associate is making him lose this sale/business of over $300, she laughed and looked like "Ian" was also okay to lose business. I would have given a MINUS ZERO rating if I could. I don't post feedback unless the service provider offers a wowing service or less than socially acceptable service and this time the service provided by this specific lady sales Associate was humiliating, demeaning, disrespectful and inhuman. I hope this review will help her know if I can understand and speak English and how my post and English will help communicate the concern not only with the shop owners but also the Temecula, CA community.

Did a Google search after shopping around for several weeks with no success and discovered this store. Called to check for my size (women with feet larger than size 10 know the struggle is real) and the young lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful! I was prepared for another “nothing bigger than 10, sorry” BUT she returned with a yes AND options and was cheerful! I decided to give it a try and so glad I did. Shoe City to the rescue! I was hoping to find just one pair of size sneakers but was thrilled to find that not only was the customer service is amazing but I left with TWO pair that FIT! I tried on even more! It is a good day. First time shopper today but definitely won’t be my last visit. Looking forward to next time.

Came here for some running shoes and boots and found exactly what I needed. I was greeted at the door and checked on by the store manager (I think your name was Nick) which was greatly appreciated. Plenty of space in the isles and the shoes are displayed by brand and shoe style. They sell shoes for the whole family and almost any style. I wear a 7 1/2 in women’s and found it a tad hard to find some running shoes in my size but due to their wide selection had no problem finding another pair I liked. The prices are great too! Happy to have found this place. Thank you for the friendly service!

Everything is just ok.selection is ok, service is ok.just go in get what you want and leave.

They do have a fun spin the wheel prize after your purchase to try and win free shoes.

Drove half and hour after I called to see if shoes were there got there not the right ones lots of shoes though

Didnt have my right exact size on the shoes i wanted except i am pleased possibly run in some more bigger sizes all in all great

Very easy to shop. Employees eager to help and quick to assist. They even have a wheel to spin to win a free pair of shoes. (I didn't win sadly)
