As a second-generation cobbler, I appreciate the level of dedication he brings to his art. Jorge ensures quality control, ensuring that every pair of shoes leaving the shop meets the highest standards. Despite moving out of state, I trust only Will with my shoes, exemplifying the exceptional service and trustworthiness of Shoe Lab.

They did decent work with my shoes couple times but they take 3-4 months. The worst is they lie every time and tell you one date and once you come tell you come back next week. I never seen that before.

Wow. Best service. Thanks God I found this place. I had terrible experiences elsewhere and shoe lab is the best! They are artists; can repair and alter anything impeccably.

They left my soles leaking somehow so that my feet got soaked. Refused to stand behind their work. I had to take the shoes to a *competent* repair shop and now they’re fine. Avoid this place, can’t be trusted!
