They have customers waiting outside IN THIS HEAT.with 10 person capacity. Nobody has time for this BS in the heat.
Kind of expensive but I found a pair that was cheap and they lasted good deal better than I thought they would great service excellent people
Just went here and the woman that helped (Veronica is the name on the receipt) was very attentive, helpful and nice to my daughter
Staff was very helpful to find shoes for my son.ended up with 2 pairs and a hat for 50 bucks. #winning
Jawan was a perfect gentleman, he put my kids shoes on. I’d like to say very polite yes mam no mam knew what he was talking about and on two different occasions I was there and u can clearly see two women giving him and the staff a hard time. But the store continued to move accordingly without incidents. Good management. But great staff over there and they are a clearance store I get my oldest two release there and hit the clearance table for my little onez.
I went in there to price all black limited edition timberland boots, and they were so friendly they didn't mind telling me the price for the all black limited edition timberland boots. I'm giving it five stars because they didn't give me a stuck up look since I wasn't In there to buy anything. Perfect customer service. I do however plan on going back as soon as I have the money for the all black limited edition timberland boots. There nice guys.
Employees here are very nice and helpful. The come up to you and ask you if you are looking for something. 10/10
