Horrible service! The employees are rude. It seems like they hate their job. I asked a lady for a size and didn’t give me it because she said it was only for men! So disrespectful, I left because I didn’t have time to argue with her. I think she was the manager not sure.
I’m not the type of person to write a review but there service is bad. There’s only two guys that are nice but the rest are gave me attitude and look me up and down. The cashier was rude and gave me attitude. Her name is Stephanie.
Rude employees, went here a few weeks ago because I was going to buy my mom some shoes. Took a while for them to come and help me. Workers gave me attitude once I asked them if someone can please help me find some shoes. Never coming back again
Rude employees. Managers should be ashamed how this business is being ran. With online shopping booming, and brick and mortar stores are fading, you would think that the one thing that online shopping doesn’t have y’all would excel in but nope. The customer service MAKES ME NEVER WANNA COME BACK AND I WON’T
This worker gave me tons of attitude, and wouldn’t serve me when I asked to try shoes on. Horrible service

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. The employees had their phones out while I was trying to check out, RUDE. One of the girls decided to gossip about my child while I was within hearing range. Completely unprofessional. Hire new staff.
This one girl working there the other day was extremely rude, didn't want to help at all, and kept trying to cut us off. Hope she gets fired!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Never come here the employees have bad attitude and they talk behind your back. They get annoyed very quickly to the point where they’re throwing the shoe boxes at you the have horrible customer service
Don’t waste your time or money here. Terrible experience with a girl who was extremely disrespectful and staff who laughed about it. Made me extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Staff is extremely rude. They made me take off my prosthetic leg so I had to hop around the store.
Will NEVER go back! The workers are rude and have no knowledge of shoes. My boyfriend and I felt like we were a bother, the workers seemed annoyed because we'd ask for shoe sizes my boyfriend was asking for their opinions and they would just say "idk". Shortly after there was an incident with two of the cashiers one female and male. Randy or Brandon was his name told the female cashier "it's because we are black" all because I told the female cashier she was being rude with how she was checking us out. Also the guy tried fighting my boyfriend in the store with customers everywhere. The female was mouthing off and cussing the whole time while we tried speaking to the manager. The manager didn't do anything. Stood there the whole time. Spent over $300 dollars. That's the treatment we get? ! Unprofessional beyond words!

I had gone in to purchase two pairs of shoes, and as I walked in LITERALLY NO ONE greeted me. No one said a thing to me until i went up and asked for a size. But i let that go & I purchased two pairs of shoes anyways. I misplaced my receipt, but had the transaction proof on my bank statement. They didn't have one pair in the size I needed when I first purchased, but I took the size they had in hopes that it could fit the person. & it didn't.
So I called about a week later cause that's when they said they'd have their new items in stock, let them know the issue that I had misplaced the receipt & they assured me I could go in & exchange them for the correct size. So we show up, they still did not have that size, so we asked if we could get a complete different style and they said yes, just pay the difference.
HOWEVER, the manager looked so bothered! He had a stinky face the whole time, never communicated with us directly, rather through his employee instead. A MANAGER. & you know how you can tell that someones customer service isn't good, because when your employee tells you "the customer. " you should respond to the customer who's right in front of your face with a polite response. The fact that the female employee who was helping us and the manger both looked upset because of an exchange is absurd. That 2 stars is for that tall female employee who looked happy to be there helping out the customers.
The employees' need to be retrained on customer service because if its not their business loosing $$$, then they don't care.
