The store is run by a bunch of school kids who don’t know anything. Twice I had to go back because they gave me a shoe who was discolored because it was a floor sample, another time socks with one of them having the security magnet on. It’s so unprofessional and frustrating to have to come back because of some kids not doing what they’re are supposed to be doing and that’s paying attention. I will never step foot in that store

I visited the Topanga store and I was extremely disappointed with the associate, I myself work in the mall at a different store that the same associates visit and we do not treat them like they treat other mall employees. They’re extremely rude and don’t even have the proper PPE for their store. Nor is there anyone monitoring how many people are in the stores. I came in to buy two pairs of shoes and I was able to get one but the other pair I was rudely told that the pair I wanted was sold out. Then to pay it was hard because one of the associates was helping another customer but there wasn’t enough space for social distance so I tried to run my card as credit to not put my pin since the person was super close. But credit isn’t accepted at the store so I had to put the pin but before I was rudely told I had to put my pin but again we are in a pandemic currently and to not be able to pay safely is very concerning.
