Three Employees, 2 Males one Female.
They unfortunately do not know any customer service, they seem more interested in what's going on in their personal lives than helping the customer.

I came in for a shoe exchange and angrily and bluntly said they can only do store credit before I could ask what I needed. The one helping us out was the taller gentleman on the shift. I would never come back again. They're lucky I can't legally carry a CCW.

I came into shoe palace on Saturday 02-19-2022. I won the cardinal 3s so I was just picking up my pair. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and was asked if I needed help with anything. I was helped by a female worker and then a shorter guy who I think was the manager, but he acted more like a friend and wanted to help me out. He showed me some jeans but they didn’t have my size out, so he went to the back and found them right away. The associates pointed me in the direction of a clothes rack that had clothes on sale. I bought a few items off of that rack and they convinced me to buy my nephew a pair of shoes as well. Not only were all of the associates extremely helpful and nice, but they managed to keep the store clean and organized. I went into 3 other shoe stores in the mall and shoe palace had the best staff and was cleanest store by far!

This store has a lot of cute things in store.did a lot of shopping there this Christmas.the cashiers are really nice and helpful.

They have great shoes. The workers are so nice and ask you if you need anything right when you walk in. The shoes are always the best and the brands are really good!

This place deserves NO stars. The rap music is overpowering. The kids that work there have zero customer service skills. The little clique of boys working there were too busy checking out the little girls shopping. The girls working at the registers were chatting amongst themselves and not noticing the gentleman waiting to be rung up. After finally being acknowledged by a kid employee with the look of a deer in the headlights I asked him for a shoe size. After a few minutes that seemed like eternity he returned. After 5 minutes we found another kid to bring out a different size. We were ready to checkout, but since they only give you one shoe.we waited for the boy to come back with the matching shoe. After a few eternal moments I told the cashier we needed to other shoe and the boy dissapeared. She went to the back and did not return. Meanwhile 2 other girls asked if we want to check out. Then the other kid boy came back with the other shoe. The girl eventually returned with the other shoe and box and by then the boy had put my matching shoe on the display shelf. Clueless kids working in a retail environment should be illegal.

I guess you have to be in a gang, be rude or under the age of 25 to get acknowledged at this place. I had 4 different employees walk by me and not even say "hello" or "welcome" or "I'll be right with you" instead they helped out people that came in after me. They had a great selection but I took my business elsewhere and spent nearly $600 dollars on shoes at Champs and foot locker

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife and 2 sons were ignored completely by one of their employees (employee with no name tag). He's been asked twice by my wife for a shoe size for my sons and that employee ignored my wife and started talking to his coworkers on plain sight. 15 minutes later (my wife still not getting any assistance at this point) - another lady customer showed up to the store and right away that lady customer got help from this employee. My wife raised her concerns to Jaqueline and my wife got help from her. Jaqueline was very apologetic about the situation and was helpful, but unfortunately, the "damage" was already done. Jaqueline was the only reason why I'm giving Shoe Palace 1-star rating.

Yo this is one of the worst places ever i got some air max 90s and when i took the box out of the bag it was beat up and and the shoes were creased like if they were used

Bad customer service wasn’t greeted at the front to assist me and was ignored when I was looking for a shoe, the associates were talking overall the store seemed not welcoming
