9Very large selection of every brand you can imagine. I was looking for a winter jacket and the friendly staff did everything they could to help me find it
I went to the Shoe Palace searching for sneakers for an event under a tight deadline. I received the best customer service and was helped by KD. He really went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very polite and even put a hustle in his step because he knew I was in a rush. Such a nice and polite associate. I will definitely be returning!
Got 2 awesome half baked shirts on sale 2 for 25 bucks. Got my son some J's and some shirts there too. 2 story place is awesome. On the corner of the Hollywood walk of Fame.
The staff was very unhelpful. I asked an employee if they had my size in a sneaker and I was left waiting on the side for 10 minutes until I eventually just gave up and left. Wide selection but given the terrible customer service, I would honestly prefer just going to Foot Locker.
The young guy and girl were so nice, came from Europe to LA. Friendly staff and luckily found the pair I wanted
They have classic shoes and many other items, also you would assume that shoes here are more expensive since they are located in Hollywoood near by walk of fame but they actually aren't.
After a really BAD experience in shoe palace Burbank, I came here and it was a different story. My respect with the people working here and the customer service. Thank you RICKY and MALIK for your outstanding help and customer service. I left the store with three pair of shoes.
A lot cheaper than Foot Locker if you're looking to a pair of shoes stop in here big selection very reasonable price
Bought the Jordan 9 for a cool price. They didn't have a lot of selection of Jordans, tho.
