Dumb, first come first serve is a joke. You can literally save your place in line by just leaving a chair and "claim" you have been there all day or night and just go home. People wait out there and start arguing who has been there longest because a "chair" was holding their spot. Your body needs to stay in line to count as your spot not a chair. Management needs to fix that immediately to make it fair.
