8Worst customer service! They act like they’re friendly but give you an attitude. Some even act like they don’t know Spanish. Went twice this week in the morning and evening hoping I would get good service since my first experience wasn’t so good but it was the same.definitely won’t be shopping here, ever again.

Didn’t have my size at all. I asked for a size 8 on three different shoes and they said they were all out and wouldn’t receive anymore. How is this even a shoe store.

Shoe palace sucks. Its called Shoe Palace and they dont even carry that many or any good shoes.dont waste your time and just go to a foot locker or nike store.
