12 Gus was extremely patient with me as he helped me find exactly the right shoe and size- I think I tried about 10-12 different pairs. He also has the old-timey customer service policy and helped me put them on. A very cute shop with a great owner.
He also let me bring in my big bike so I didn't have to worry about it getting stolen. Thank you Gus.

So helpful and knowledgeable - the owner patiently spent a while with me trying on multiple styles and sizes of Birkenstocks while I hemmed and hawed over material and color. He shared pros and cons of different styles and wanted to make sure I got the right fit and would be happy. Will be back for sure!
