Shore Cliff Hotel, Pismo Beach CA

We loved our stay at Shore Cliff! We had an ocean view room of the pier and were able to enjoy the sunrise from our balcony every morning. We will definitely be booking a trip back!

We love it here! All of the little details also the mid-week fall deal is great. Our favorite hotel in Pismo!

Service and staff were so hospital and pleasant! Everyone seemed happy to be there. Breakfast was good.

There are many seagulls and pelicans! They are very cute and not afraid of people however, they cry at night at times so if you are a light sleeper it may disturb you. The sound insulation between rooms is not the best but it was still generally quiet throughout my stay.

The staff is quick to respond when you ask for anything-room questions, extra towels, etc.it’s beautiful here and the breakfast is great!

We just stayed for one night while we were checking out Cal Poly. The customer service was great. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. I enjoyed hearing the waves crash while I was going to sleep. Highly recommend!

The hotel is old, but very beautiful. I recommend staying with a wonderful ocean view and sleeping with the sound of the ocean soothes the soul

Came in for a very last minute decision to stay on a Sunday night in Pismo. The room was clean and the TV worked great. The view of the ocean was incredible and the hot tub and pool area were awesome

Stunning hotel. We arrived at reception and were greeted very friendly. Right there we saw whales at sea for the first time. What a welcome! Our room was modern, clean and had a balcony with a sea view.
We really enjoyed the pool and hot tube. The breakfast buffet was very rich and tasty.
Gladly again!

Pet friendly King bedroom with pier+ocean view has a beautiful view from the first floor. Easy access to the complimentary breakfast in the morning; 10 minutes drive from splash cafe and other popular restaurants. Will be returning!

Nice motel right by the sea. Great, large rooms with very comfortable beds and sea views. If you're lucky you can watch Wahle from the balcony; there are even binoculars in the room. Pool and whirlpool very nice to relax. We felt very comfortable. Breakfast typically American.

Nice hotel right on the coast. Short drive to Cal Poly, nice 1 mile walk on beach to all the stores/restaurants, great view. Nice place to stay.

After seeing all of these Amazing reviews and seeing such Beautiful Pictures we are so excited for our upcoming Stay September 15-18th. The only regret I have is that we didn't see the ocean view king bed room as an option before we booked through Expedia. This is a much needed get away for my Fiance and I. It took a miracle to have a caretaker look after my elderly Mother so we could have this mini vacation. We haven't been able to have one single date night since 2019. After losing my Son and Father within a month and moving Mom in due to declining health we are really in desperate need for this little getaway and can't wait! Really hoping our room will be just as Amazing as that Ocean Front view. Fingers crossed

The bed is comfortable and the rooms are nice. If you are a coffee drinker you might need to run to Starbucks. The coffee in the room is less than desirable. Their free Breakfast is pretty good. Waffles, eggs. Sausage, potatoes. One morning they even had tamales.
They do need to do better knowing their regular guests. My sister goes there frequently and has brought them a lot of business. That kind of loyalty should be rewarded with perks and treated a little special. At least, "Welcome Ms. Findora it's so good to see you again. " A little goes a long way.

Samantha checked us in and could not be sweeter! So friendly and professional, even at 11pm at night! Suggested we visit Solvang. The view is unmatched. So clean and breakfast was great!

What a beautiful hotel in a fabulous place! Love the views and all the birds on cliffs. The free breakfast has lots of options and is convenient. Ability to walk along paths on coast is a great asset.
