Shoreline Park reviews
19I have been coming here since the 1960s, watching the skyline of San Diego change over the decades. Still a favorite
Beautiful waterfront to visit. Plenty of eats close by. Sea lions always make an appearance in the waters.
Beautiful place to spend your day at, and we enjoyed our stay at Shelter Island bay club, nice place with view of the marina, we will go back to stay there soon.
Great place for watching the sunrise! Seems like it’s a fairly popular spot for others to do so as well but it’s nice and quiet, very peaceful. Seems like a popular running spot as there were many people who went by. Feels very safe as well!
Nice place. Not too crowded. Awesome place to relax and have fire on sea shore. Calm with small waves.
Great place to go and hang out watch The View have something to eat or to drink can't complain one of my best places to go
One of the best views of the city in San Diego. Nice place to visit. The nose from the Coronado navy base helicopters is almost as bad as officer Goodman. Who patrols the area.
Have you ever gone to a place and said "this is the life"? For my wife and I this is the place we can do that. We've lived in San Diego over 50 years, and have never been bored going to Shoreline Park. From Shoreline park you can see Downtown, the Coronado Bridge, North Island, the Aircraft Carriers, Point Loma, sailboats, motorboats, I can go on. Our favorite thing to do is get breakfast, some coffee and walk along the shore, and sometimes sit and watch. For us this is San Diego.
Nice place for a walk along the shore, marina style. Stretches of green grass and sidewalks. Saw lots of dog owners during my morning stroll. Appears to be regulated by the Port of San Diego.
Beautiful park. You can walk up and down this island all day. Tends to be a bit colder than inland SD since it's coastal, so bring a jacket for the wind if you are someone who gets cold easily. Lots of parking all over.
The best place in SD for a bonfire. The views are great and it's fairly sheltered from the wind compared to other places.
This is not the kind of park you would want to bring kids to. It's a stip of beach on the bar. The water here is poor quality and its not as nice as other shoreline areas.
Good place to spend the day lots to see and do also places to eat lunch and or dinner. Have a great time.
Long (miles) flat, wide, separated bike path with Pacific Ocean views to the west and San Diego Bay to the east and a cool breeze all around.
Such a beautiful place! Clean and amazing st night. Bonfires, nice people. Kids roaming around with their parents at night. I'm from LA so the beaches over here, are nothing like this. I love this place, met a cute seal at the marina and stuck around waiting for boats.definitely worth the visit, with your significant other, just watching the waves and boats coming in and leaving.romantic! Romance city!
We took a lot of pix from here. Nobody was around so it had a deserted feeling of a park. The shorelines we're good photogenic views.
There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Many restaurants to choose from. We like to dock our boat in front of the restaurants. The view is always great, but its spectacular in the evening, with the city lights across the bay.
Beautiful views of San Diego downtown. I highly recommend you visit this park and enjoy the fantastic views of San Diego across the bay.
