Cars arrived well on time, to my surprise in just 4 days. We had not even settled in, that the cars arrived. So happy we only had to take rental car for 1 day. The truck driver is a nice man. He kept contact with us, giving updates on ETA. I am glad I took the right decision. Their price are final, no hidden charges.

My uncle no longer needs his car and wanted to send it to my family in SoCal, so I helped him find a promising company that would be able to help him transport his car from SF back to our area.and super grateful we found Showroom Transport.

Called to have a boat moved. I was told 7 to 10 days. After 3 weeks I called to cancel and get my deposit back. It's been 10 weeks and still no refund. After reading the reviews of all the others this has happened to I think stealing people's money and time is this company's business model.

Horrible company and customer service. If I could put NO stars I would. Received a quote to move my 30 foot RV from North Carolina to South Carolina on November 1,2022. My card was charged a deposit of 398.00 which was half of the fee and provided an invoice number. Was told it would take up to four days to find a driver. I contacted company within five days and was told still hadn’t found a driver but when one was found they would call me immediately. Waited the whole month of November still no phone calls, but was told that as soon as a driver was found, I would be called immediately yet again. Called said company on December 1,2022 to get a refund of my deposit as they failed to provide the service. A manager would call you back I was told. Called continuously during the month of December to be told we will have a manager to return your call in reference to your refund, or was unable to get in contact with anyone as they were sooo busy! Again NO manager ever called me. Left numerous voicemails and still was not called. Finally on January 7,2023 after calling on December 1,2022 to get my refund TYLER finally was able to get return my call. I wanted to know what the deal was with my deposit due to them failing to provide me the service that I requested. He said I don’t know why no one called back, but u should have your refund within 3-5 days (as of 7 Jan 2023). However I did a BBB complaint and made a dispute with my CC company already just in case as no communication for over a month from these people and couldn’t talk to anyone. Sounds like TYLER was the NO ONE that was supposed to call back from previous reviews posted. I DO NOT recommend this company. I looked at the reviews prior to requesting a service from them and thought they were decent, however scroll down and ensure that u read them all, I didn’t unfortunately. Thank goodness they didn’t provide a service as my RV may have ended up like many other individuals had. Do your due diligence and do more research before requesting any type of service from showroom transport especially if you’re on a time crunch like I was.
